The person told me message him with my name and car info, which I do. He added please show up because they were going to have a busy day. Scam Artist ! Will give everyone different rates and take the money upfront saying it's to get materials. But really it's Becuase they do a shitty job proubably just run your car through the car wash next door and vacuum it. Mike the owner extended my appointment out to the point where I didn't even need the Detail anymore and needed the money to get something serious fixed in my car and he wouldn't give me a refund. This was absolutely the worst business experience I have ever had in my life. Mike, the owner, made me pay $300 cash for a remote car starter on January 17th. My car was going into a repair shop at the time, and I did not know when it would be out. Mike assured me that I could call at a later date to schedule a time to install the remote starter. After getting the car back 3 weeks later, I called Mike to schedule an appointment. He ignored all my phone calls and texts for 2 weeks. He finally responded, and said I had an appointment scheduled for March 18th. He, nor anyone at this business contacted me to inform me of this. I showed up at the garage at the scheduled time on March 18th to find it locked up. I called Mike, and he tried to convince me that I was wrong, and the appointment was March 28th. He agreed to reschedule me for the 24th. The night before, I called Mike to confirm the appointment, and he told me that a water main broke and he could not see me that day. At this point I realized I was being given a run for my money and requested a refund. Mike argued with me for ten minutes before getting permission from his co-owner to refund me in full. Trying to get my money back was absolute misery. Mike kept stringing me along every day for the following week, promising me the money one day, and then making an excuse as to why it could not be given. On two different occasions, Mike did not answer my phone calls, but answered immediately when I called from a different number. I went to the garage one evening when he told me he would have the money, and he made another excuse as to why he didn't have it. The next day, he called me and told me he only had $150 cash to give me and I could come back the day after that to collect the rest. Finally, 8 days after requesting my money back, Mike sent me the remaining $150 via CashApp and said nothing about blowing me off for over a week. I am convinced that Mike's MO is to string people along for so long that they just get fed up and give up on getting their money back. This business is an absolute scam. They will make you pay cash, ignore your calls, schedule you multiple times, and blow you off every time. If they agree to give you your cash back, it will be nothing but headache and aggravation to get your money back. This was 3 months of complete misery. If you don't believe me, just look at the ample Yelp, Google, and Facebook reviews describing the exact same scenario. WORST DETAIL SHOP IN MASSACHUSETTS. I would never recommend these people to detail your vehicle. They will break your vehicle, deny it was there fault, and not fix it. Never mind the fact that they do a lousy job on the detail work. I brought my truck to get a full detail, inside and out. They kept my truck for 10 Hours. I dropped it off with working power door locks. When I picked it up the door lock switches DID NOT WORK. I noticed before I drove away, so I showed the guy Murray ( he was the worker who worked on my truck ). He says "I sprayed a lot of armor all, when it dries, it will work again. It happens all the time." So I drove away. When I got home, I jumped out my truck and closed the door. That's when I noticed a lot of water pooping out the bottom of my drivers door like a faucet. I recorded it poring, it flowed for 10 minutes. I called the owner and told him I was not happy that my locks don't work, and about the water pouring out the bottom of my door. I also sent him the video. He tells me he has to talk about it with his partner and talk to Murray ( the guy who did the detail work). He gave me the run around for 2 weeks. He ignored my calls, i had to call him with another phone number to get him to answer the phone. That's when he tells me " we don't think we are at fault, and that they are not fixing the damage". These people are detailing cars drunk on alcohol, he washed my truck with the door not closed all the way and my door filled with water which blew all the lock switches, then tried to figure out what was wrong with the switches and put a tear in my interior door panel trying to get the switch board out, never mind soaked my brand new leather interior In armor all and did a lousy job whipping it up, leaving white milk spots everywhere.
