Destiny: yeah cuz it can be anywhere from $300-500. What's your phone number and what's the address? Me: I gave my phone number and said, I just sent out a package two days ago to the same address- And she didn't even let me finish before becoming too upset to finish my transaction. She just walked away and kept shaking her head, rolling her eyes, and talking under her breath all the way out the door. Couldn't even look me in the eye on the way out. The other lady at the desk helped me with my order. I honestly don't know what I could have possibly done to incite that reaction from Destiny. She was probably having a hard day. Maybe she wanted to help me really quick before leaving at the end of her shift but realized I would take longer, having to ship out of the country? I'm really not sure! The next lady was super nice and patient with me, even though it did take a little bit to figure out how to send it out. Every other person at this store is great! There's never a line either! I called around to at least 12 places. Of those 12, 11 politely laughed and said they could never get 30,000 of our requested item printed in a day and half. Peter had a quick response time and confidently said he could complete our project by end of day Thursday AND have them delivered to the appropriate location. Sure enough, Peter pulled through. I had some very anxiety ridden executives reaching out for updates all day Thursday. Without skipping a beat, each time Peter quickly assured us that he was on track for a 5pm delivery. He called and emailed when he was on his way to drop our items off to the given site, and he called and emailed when they were dropped off and the job was complete. THANK YOU to Peter for going above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I am baffled at the lack of customer service skills across every portal on a daily basis, and he was such a breath of fresh air. I reached out to them via email and received a response the same day. Payment was easy to take care of online and my order was ready to pick up the next day! I was a fool and ordered a different set of stickers from an online shop (cough cough Overnight Prints cough) the same week to skip driving back there to pick up my order. That order still has not arrived and we are now weeks past the delivery estimate. The stickers I ordered from the online company will be useless by the time they arrive as the event I needed them for has already passed. Lesson learned- just shop & print local. I will never use another printer…read more Josh and his staff are nothing short of amazing. I had a large corporate event last week and we needed a ton of promo stuff. Flag banners, t-shirts, hats, laminated labels and business cards. Every single item was perfect. The labels were turned around in under 24 hours. The hats were delayed a bit ( due to a problem on my end, not his ), but Josh had them delivered to me when they came in. Seriously, who does that? If you need anything printed, embroidered, laminated or created, save yourself some time and headache and just call Josh. We will never use another company.
