After waiting half a business day( 5hrs later) the finally texted back "I'm actually booked now, but I'm open next week" Yea no shit you probably are booked after no response for 5 hrs.

Thankfully the police responded and captured video and photo evidence, so hopefully she will not do this again to anyone. I sure hope this is not a reflection of their service, something should be done about her representing the company and acting the way she did. Edited to reflect the owner response to this review. Recently booked this company because the rental company i was leaving from said not to clean the…read morehouse to have it professionally done because they can do a better standard than the residents. I was quoted one price for when the house wasnt empty yet and the lady said it would be 325 left as is. So we cleaned and emptied everything out so that the price would be less. And I told the owner i would wipe down the insides of the cabinets and stuff. But apart of a move out clean is everything. The two workers came to the house and moved slower than ever! Made it seem as if the condition of the house was soo bad they had to move so slow is what they told their boss so she is calling me to tell me i didnt wipe out the cabinets like i told her and didnt leave the house in a condition of their standards which is untrue! The dude spent an hour in one bathroom it took the girl 2 hours to wipe off base boards and wipe down doors windows ect in 2 rooms with one window in each room. upstairs after 3 hours of working they didnt want to finish is what i feel like so another 100 was added to the original 275 because they waited for me to be outside to call and complain to their boss. So now after they came at 2:30 its 5:45 and the owner is requesting more money and yelling going back and forth with me about what i didnt do. I sent the $100. She then says she wants them to pack up and leave without finishing and go through my janky old rental company to get more money!! Because she is telling me this shouldnt be an 12hr job WHEN IT WASNT! SHE WOULDNT LISTEN TO ME AT ALL! This company is a joke! RUN dont walk away from it unless you specifically say this is the price for this and how many hours does that amount cover.. also make sure if your booking this company you get another company to clean up beforehand because they dont want to do deep cleanings for a move out they want top dollar to do a wipe down Update: please post the photos of the bathroom it took 2hr to do. And the home it wasnt filty when they came. And a home that has been lived in for 3 years with children isnt going to be spotless. Please post the photos. Ekaterine is kind, reliable, consistent, hardworking, and does a tremendous job. I get a sense of relief when I know it's our cleaning week. She goes above and beyond each time.
