I called a lawyer and forwarded the invoice. They said I owed nothing, but court would cost more than $60. They recommended a letter to mutually correct situation. It was sent May 1. No response until 7/31. Received last payment invoice with sticky note from "Sheila" I called and asked to speak to Sheila. They said Sheila doesn't work there.
