My kitchen ceiling is stained from the leaking drain and the overhead light no longer works. Surfside got paid thru Alabama Power, but would not honor their warranty when the HVAC stopped working just days after installation. I am retired and have had no means to fix it. The issue is all documented with Alabama Power who financed the system.

They have a $39 fee for an appointment (between 8-5) or $59 for a 2 hr window (8-10). They called about 45-60 min before they arrived and their office sent a text with a picture and short bio of the technician. Technician showed up during the window promised (9ish), troubleshot the problem thoroughly explained issues, showed me options and installed new hot water heater pretty quickly. Plumber was friendly, polite and explained what the problems were before the repair. Very happy with completed job. I will call them in the future
