No call or message as to why the appointment was missed. Ended up canceling at 7:00pm long after the appointment time. Will not be attempting to use them in the future. Upon inspection, the only thing he could tell me was that "it's bad", with no further information. He goes on to tell me that he may not be able to complete the job due to the angle of my vaulted ceiling being too steep, in his estimation it had to be close to 70 degrees and he wouldn't be able to find an adapter that would suffice. Sure enough, his supplier couldn't find one with, they don't make that part anymore, etc. He used pretty much every excuse he could think of not to complete this job. The home warranty administrator offers me a check to have the job completed on my own. The solution? The part was, in fact, available online- I found it myself, non- professional that I am...and it wasn't even necessary being that my ceiling angle is 37 degrees and used the equipment included in the box.
