Here for a week to visit family. It has been a very quiet and peaceful stay. We were in a nice…read morelarge pull-thru. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms and laundry facilities were very clean and nice. They have recently black topped roads and sites. They have recently added lots of new concrete sites also. They are definitely working on updating the park from a mobile home park to more of an RV park. Convenient location on I-35W. We will stay here again and highly recommend staying here!

Instead of creating a community, they make up random rules and use them to target people. You never feel comfortable in your own home because you're always being watched or criticized for something. They don't listen to residents, and any time you try to voice a concern, they turn it around on you. It feels like they're trying to push people out rather than make anyone feel welcome. The atmosphere is toxic, the management is power-hungry, and the stress of dealing with them just isn't worth it. Save yourself the headache -- there are much better places to live where tenants are actually respected and treated like people.

The management staff ( Angela) is trash! They had my truck towed out of my own driveway because I…read morehad 2 wheels in the grass. My driveway has a steep slope and I drive a 5 speed dodge ram. I have to pull it up cause I don't want it coming out of gear! Instead of knocking on my door and asking me to move my truck out of my own driveway, they tow it, $435 ..I'm self employed and have lost $730 Don't move here this is the second time they have towed a vehicle out of this driveway, last time they returned the ladies car to her within 24 hrs I am taking this to court and will get this resolved. Management staff are unprofessional and be careful if you move here !
