The office staff very unprofessional. First the boy was rude on the phone when I was trying to…read moresetup an appointment. Then he sets me up with the wrong day so I had to call back and fix it. The day of the appointment the website says 795 for the building number so I called to check. I asked which one and she says 800. it's just the next building over all I say is oh it's wrong on the website. All she says "yeah we know" I'm so glad you know but don't you think you should tell your clients that it's wrong on the website and be polite about it. Now date of appointment no greeting from either one of two up front one is a red head and the is a boy that I'm assuming is the one I spoke with one the phone. They give a clip board with papers to sign and ask for insurance card. No problem I didn't have my insurance card (my bad) they said I could email it so I did 3 times because they didn't receive it. I showed up 15 mins early like I was told too. for a 1 pm appointment I didn't get in until 1:20 pm. Now on the way to check out they are switching computer systems or something. So it took a lot longer because the red head had to log out so the boy could log in. I asked if they could just call me with my next appointment and the boy says I'm logged in now well you should have been ready in the first place. There was a man who stuck up for me in the office and said she needs to leave you can call her with her appointment. Haven't received that phone call yet!! Anyways these two need to take a class on proper communication skills and show compassion for the clients. I am giving four stars because Dr Laura was great. If it wasn't for her compassion I would have left. I'm also only writing this because they have a card stand at the window that says give us a review on yelp.

I was seeing Dr. P for a few years at New England Counseling. I enjoyed my time over the years…read moreseeing Dr. P until Covid hit and I lost my job. Dr. P said he would no longer see me b/c I owed $139 dollars. In fact, he is taking me to small claims court. I don't mind paying $139 dollars now that I have a job and Covid is just about past us. I am disappointed of this behavior as mental health doctors should never terminate a patient b/c inability to pay in the time they want. My life if worth a lot more than $139 dollars and I am happy to say I found a doctor who feels the same. Dr. P should put patients and care first. Not $139. I would not recommend New England Counseling for this reason.

Would not recommend this business…read more First off, the "team" is only the one doctor who I had been seeing at a different location before she left. That particular place was always scheduling you with a new doctor but when you would be there for the "telehealth" appointment, the doctors wouldn't show up. This was blamed on the scheduling. However Teshera who's the only one working here as you'll see on the website under her team, had me fill out all the paperwork for her, which was lengthy, she saw me once, made an appointment in a month and never showed up. She then was contacted by myself twice and my therapist who ironically used to work with her and all three times we were ignored. Never seen someone in that field act in such a manner. Find someone else bc she's not reliable, and non responsive.

Taken in as a patient and ignored for months and just needed medication management and she has not filled any past the first time. My pc has had to fill them and I cannot get a hold of her AT ALL. I've been on my medication for more than 15 years and it's dangerous if I miss any. Please, if you need someone.... Avoid this Doctor as she doesn't respond and leaves you in the wind wondering what's going on. I've never encountered this kind of behavior ESP in this field. I second the first review AND ONLY REVIEW as I can't find any other reviews....
