He gave them a horrible review!! Well here is one more!! I called the number and listened to their message. In order to make an appointment as a new client you were told to contact Heather O'Rielly at extension "1". Pressed 1 and listened to the music for a minute or two. She picked up the phone and said "hello". I was taken aback, thinking I got someone's private line, not a business extension. She didn't say "can I help you?" or introduce herself by name. I felt like I was disturbing her! She was borderline rude. I had to explain that I wanted to make an appointment. "Oh...what insurance do you have? Is this for yourself? I told her that I had Medicare and United American. Her response was "I haven't heard of that company." Explained it is not a common company . Curtly she said "I will have to call you back. What is your phone number? Oh, we don't take Medicare either. " (Said offhandedly.) "Do you want to call someplace else instead?" At that point I said yes! I told her that her phone manners were atrocious !! I have never contacted a medical service that did not introduce themselves when answering the phone, be courteous and polite. Heather O'Reilly was none of these things and an embarrassment to Elevate Counseling Services. She is your first contact person and therefore her behavior is your first impression of this group. They need to re-educate this woman or get someone else to do these phone interviews!! No, I will not recommend this service to anyone! Also read another nasty review just now. I wonder how many more are out there????

I made an attempt to reschedule with no response for 3 weeks. Then I apologized again and made two other attempts to communicate because I had time sensitive paperwork that needed to be filled out for my university about 3 weeks ago, which she also ignored. This type of behavior is unprofessional, unacceptable, and rather shocking for anyone working in the mental health field, let alone a career as personal as a therapist.

There is no live person to talk to, you have to leave a voice mail and they call you back (it says so on their website.) The initial call back did not come until almost a week later. I called the "person who checks the voice mail box once in a while" back and told her I wanted to set up an appointment. She said she would let the clinicians know and that one would call me back individually. A week or so later no clinicians called me so I called the voice mail checker back and asked what was going on. She said some of the clinicians might not be taking new patients but would reach out to the ones that were and that one male clinician should be calling me soon. Almost 4 weeks later no one has called me for an appointment and the voice mail checker doesn't seem to be in tune with what is happening with the clinical staff. This is a dead end. I stop two yrs ago…read moreand realised these therapists, counselors, psychologists are all new in the field and leave when they move up. Recently a friend was seeing a therapist named Jennifer Jette for help with drug problems. I knew something was off with her the first time I saw her. They hired someone who went to a methadone clinic!! She recently got arrested for having a one pot meth lab in her and her bfs vehicle when pulled over for speeding. This makes me sick and south bay needs to look into who they are hiring .

Some work there and do nothing but pay themselves on the back. They are into titles and not professional training. Why go to college at all? These administrators are inept and not trained. They go go online school with no accorded education and many have since have totally lost their accreditation. Poor Bristol county is overlooked and ignored. Along this was presented to the attorney general. She could care less. She is too busy salivating and climbing her way to move out of a position she has no passion for. She is one of the few people who can make CCBC accountable. She sure lost my support and vote.

I left a review on their other…read morelocation because their owner Lisa Vendetti (who I have an issue with too) was asked three weeks ago to get back to me via letter and explain why she allows her providers to pick a number to pay for a visit -and then that's billed to you weekly, because that's what she was supposedly told to bill me, (and I have that email), and yet after 5 months of going, and being billed that specific amount weekly, billing suddenly states that my provider should not have billed me the amount she was told to, but higher - and that after 5 months I was responsible for the lump sum difference. Erin Bell is the co-owner at this location. They both know what has gone on and what they do is provide a copy and paste response to you. However they don't rectify it. That would mean eating the cost of their mistake. So my issue is with both locations. This one where the provider was who lied, and the one in Hopkinton where the other owner Lisa Vendetti was called and left 2 voice messages which she ignored until now three weeks later because "she just caught wind of reviews." She's not reaching out to rectify it as she said, as if you look at my review for them at the Hopkinton MA location where Lisa works, they were also emailed when they started doing damage control on 2/29 and on March 1 they're responding to my review from three weeks ago, when the day prior Lisa got her answer yet again - and so did Erin. They also will keep your credit card on file at this location, and they will bill all your visits to it. Don't think you can pay by cash or check. There is a piece of paper that you are required to fill out with that number and they utilize the square to pull it weekly. Because if you try to pay by check - that's when my provider said "oh no we bill you on the card weekly." That's not told to you until AFTER you sign the paperwork when your visit is done. Most doctors only sometimes want a card on file for missed appointments. But this one wants to make sure they have it so they can get you on anything- like their own mistakes. They have been continuing to harass me, and they will be dealt with accordingly. So expect that too. The lawyer has advised me to write first so it's on record the BBB, which I did. And also he advised me to contact the FTC and attorney general/ health division who was also notified of their behavior. When they responded to me via copy and paste on another website I saw an individual was upset for lack of communication too. She got the same copy and paste that I did. They will not rectify it. Just know, they'll tell you to reach out. But I did three weeks ago which Lisa at the Hopkinton MA office blatantly ignored and then when she wrote an email on 2/29 and copied Erin Bell who works at this location, and they got their answers YET AGAIN - I knew it was just to save face because she never sent me that written letter I wanted to my address weeks ago. Erins name is signed to reviews but Lisa will say it's her writing. Erin also got a phone call taped on March 1. As maybe Lisa never told her there was an issue three weeks ago. Maybe she did. But she can't claim either that she didn't know what was going on. And she's done zero as well. Find another place. They'll come off as very nice, but you'll see what they're all about when you actually have interactions with them or lack there of.
