I ran the front desk and was personally responsible for attending to counsel when they arrived and their clients. Recently an urgent matter required counsel and concerned the stability, health and wealth of close family that live in the Worcester County area. I surveyed the field and settled upon 4 firms and after submitting a brief account electronically overnight I was up at 5:30 am the next morning to follow up by phone. As I was picking up my phone a new e-mail came through.
