They were easy to work with on an estimate, easy to schedule the repair with, completed the job on time, and did an amazing job. They are also excellent communicators. My car was even detailed when I picked it up as if I spent $250 at a custom detail place. I should also share that they suggested I purchase a replacement part directly from Tesla myself since I could get it cheaper if I ordered it as an owner - then they even offered to pick it up at the Tesla parts depot for me. They could have easily just marked it up and ripped me off, but they didn't. I highly recommended using them.

I spent more time fixing the wash than the wash itself took. Two stars because at least it didn't damage the car, but that's about the best I can say.

How much is there really to say about a car wash? Each time I have gone to Route 66 I have gotten the regular wash and my car has gotten a regular wash. Why the 3 stars? Well, the customer service isn't the best. The workers have never been particularly friendly to me. Also, the first time I left my car I was kinda lost as to where I was supposed to pay, wait, and about how long it would take. Most importantly, I find the car was to be a bit expensive for what exactly they have been doing to my car. My car has never been very dirty, but I wanted to take it in for a bit of a touch up and the price for a small SUV is ridiculous. That being said, there aren't many options on Miami Beach for a hand car wash so I can't really complain.

He called me names and was extremely violent and aggressive. Regardless of the circumstances, and after attempts of deescalation, I called Code Compliance because I feared for my safety. He also took pictures of my vehicle and license plate without my consent. I am concerned that he will retaliate therefore I reported his business with the Police. He violated my rights to be treated with respect and dignity and if any harm should ever come to me or my property, I will take every legal action available against him.
