Service usually takes longer than expected. They don't check all the basics like other places do. Last time I was in they put soap in my windshield washer reservoir! Yeah... that happened. I heard the employees talking about being out of windshield washer fluid and needing to put soap in there and I thought "I must have heard that wrong because no one would ever do that". The next time I used my windshield wipers, a soapy film spread out over my entire windshield. I had to pull off the interstate and run it all out and put in fresh wiper fluid which thankfully I had with me. Stay far away!
