She brought a kid to the front desk. He said he couldn't test it because it won't fit in their tester. I SIMPLY asked if you sell the same alternator why won't it fit? The lady then says, "I was going to help you, but now, I'm NOT going to." Opens the door and basically kicks me out. I cannot believe a company can treat people this way for asking a simple question. If you do not have a qualified person to help, just state that. Not to mention I called for 2 days multiple times (with NO answer) to ask if they could test it before I drove there to get an answer. I immediately drove to Inland Alternator and Starter just down the road, was greeted with a smile. It took 2 minutes for him to test it, and I had the answer I needed to move on with my project.

The truck was listed on two different Websites (Quality Truck Sales and My Little Salesman) as having 225,000 miles on it. The invoice that was sent to us so we could wire transfer the money to Quality Truck Sales also said that the odometer reading was 225,000 miles. When the truck was finally delivered to us we were very disappointed to find out that it actually had 610,00 miles on it!!! Almost 400,000 more than was advertised. So, we contacted Tony and Bryan (the owner and his son, respectively) to see if possibly, the display was wrong. They said "NO" that the display was right, the truck did have almost 400,000 miles more than they had advertised and sold it as. We asked if they would compensate us monetarily for the deception and they outright refused. They have no interest whatsoever in trying to atone for the false information they gave us. When we decided to purchase the truck, we did so on the belief that the truck hand only 225,000 miles on it. We are very disappointed. So, please be cautious if you plan to purchase from them.

All the Asian repair spots will purchase from this place. They have prob the best and most affordable rack and pinions. It's warrantied for 1 year - which is way better and safer than getting from Amazon / eBay. I bought a rack and pinion for 2004 sienna here. $170 + $50 core charge. Cash only. The repair shop replaced the rack & pinion and gave me back the old damaged one (some knock off brand). I took the bad unit back to them and got my $50 core charge returned. $170 is a very good deal! Ps they also have cv axles and alternators here. I'd recommend calling them to see if they have the part first. Keep in mind, CASH only! Quick and good service!

Purchased reman power steering rack and axles for my integra here. The items were very inexpensive,…read morewhich is sometimes a red flag, but i chose to go here since they are a local brick-and-mortar shop that i could do warranty with in person. Reman parts are hit and miss and i didn't want to have to buy online and return cores or warranty returns by shipping them in and have extended downtime on my car. Why 4 stars and not 5? The power steering rack i got was heavily leaking out of one of the fittings after only 1-2 weeks. This was not a fitting that i needed to touch either, so i know it was not installation error. After the leak, i tried to tighten it and it did not stop the speed of the leak, so the internal damage must have been pretty severe. The good? They warrantied my PS rack without issue. No big fuss, but it was of course a pain to have the car down for the 2nd time unnecessarily, not to mention the extra labor cost of a 2nd repair--but i didn't complain because i knew this was the risk of saving money with a reman unit vs. an expensive new part. Because they are local i was able to get the rack removed, warranty exchanged and replacement installed all within the same day. Again, something that would not be possible with an online purchase. The axles i purchased from them were fine. Also, the other good thing is that they were OEM reman units, because they end up remanufacturing whatever customers return, which are usually OEM units.
