I came in recently looking to buy a new battery and asked if they can replace the battery for me (says on the website that they do free installation with purchase- maybe I read wrong), female employee (wore thick glasses) looks at me strangely and says she doesn't know and asked her coworker if he can install the battery, the male gives a hesitant yes and then walks away. Minutes later the female tells me they can't do it and that I need to bring the car to a car shop to replace the battery because they need to reboot the car computer system. Huh?. .
