My family and I had spent a wonderful week at the beach and were driving home to Arizona when our van suddenly started overheating. We had already stopped at a gas station to check the fluids, so we knew this was something that needed to be repaired before we attempted the drive home, and since it was a Saturday afternoon, we started searching for a garage that was open. By chance, we chose J's Garage--and we could not have made a better choice. We pulled in around 10:00am and explained our situation to J. Even though he and his team already had a bay full of cars to work on, they immediately pulled our heavily loaded van into the shop and checked it out. They quickly discovered that the problem was the thermostat, gave us a very reasonable estimate, and told us they expected to have it finished by 1:30. We were thrilled, but honestly, had been preparing ourselves for the possibility that we might have to find a couple of hotel rooms for the weekend because most shops are closed on Sunday. There were five of us, including my 82-year-old mom, and we were all standing outside in the heat. J himself came out, brought extra chairs into the air-conditioned waiting room, and told us to make ourselves comfortable. There was a movie on for us to watch, and he even gave us recommendations for some great Mexican restaurants in the area. We were planning to take him up on that recommendation and grab lunch around noon--but we never got the chance! Jay and his team worked incredibly quickly. Our van was repaired, and we were back on the road by 11:30 am--only about an hour and a half after arriving! J and his lovely wife were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout the entire experience. The repair cost was extremely reasonable, the service was fast and professional, and they treated us like people rather than just another repair order. And, as an added bonus, we got to watch "Back to the Future" while we waited! A vehicle breakdown on a road trip--especially with a fully loaded van, five people, an elderly family member, and a long drive still ahead--could have turned into a complete nightmare. Instead, J's Garage turned it into the best breakdown experience we have ever had. Thank you, Jay, your wife, and your entire team, for taking such good care of our family when we were in a bind. Just…read morerecently, I took my car in January to repair the clutch actuator in my hybrid and they took 4 months to complete the repair after trial and error. They took on a bigger project than they were qualified for, damaging a part after another, eventually replacing the hybrid battery and transmission. They always had an excuse pushing the deadline on every single inbound call. After applying daily pressure on them on a continuous basis , I finally received my car in April, however, the shop still owes me $583 for one of the car rentals they told me to purchase. I kept calling to retrieve the money but they didn't keep their word and denied paying me back. I could have easily placed a lien on the business for $583 with all the proof to retrieve my money but you know my good heart didn't follow through. Instead, writing this review will sting bigger and is the least I can do for the people. Im an easy going guy but after going through this extensive car repair, we decided to pull away from doing any future business for the wrong doing and unprofessionalism of their actions. I believe it's only right for everyone to hear about this and avoid what I went through, therefore, save yourself a headache. The owner is not a man of his word. This will bake in slowly. P.S. Technically competent with knowledgeable staff and a professional atmosphere! Once found, you'll be pleased! (I'ld like to see a Vending Machine w/Diet Coke). They do offer a wide range of mechanical services and work to ensure you understand choices and options. It is no wonder they are crowded! A very worthwhile experience!!

And that the total after everything would be $1,500- $2,200 depending on the problem. I took my car home used a YouTube video, borrowed tools and $57 of BRAND NAME PARTS from Mazda themselves. Took me less than 3 hours to do it myself and I have not so much as changed a tire in my lifetime. Complete scammers if a little girl could do it for $57, 3 hours and a YouTube video. And they wanted 2k insane work. Thank you for such a high quote because now I can call myself a mechanic and work on my own car!

When I called back to lock it in, they had changed their system, and it is now rerouted to the enterprise booking department, which is not through the stores. They quoted me another $400 plus towing fee! After some back-and-forth and roundabouts, I was able to get through to the store again. They honored their original quote, and even took off the charge for towing, which would have been $250. They gave me extra mileage at no cost, which I appreciated as we did 2500 miles! The truck was only one year old and in excellent clean condition. It hauled our trailer like it was nothing. I appreciate that they are now open till 11 AM on Saturdays, so we could return the truck on the weekend. All the staff are very friendly and bend over backwards to make your rental a five star experience. I will continue renting from only them, as it is a breeze to work with them. The Enterprise Trucks location in Corona is absolutely amazing. I bought a horse trailer in March…read moreof 2025 to help safeguard my 2 horses from the wildfires in case we ever need to evacuate. But since I don't have a truck and the trailer blocks my driveway, it needs to be moved every time I have hay delivered every 3 weeks, so the only way for me to accomplish this is to rent a truck every 3 weeks from this Enterprise location. I think I've rented probably 5-6 times so far, and every time I have picked up or returned my rental, it has been such a pleasant experience. From when I first walk through the door to the time I'm behind the wheel, it probably is only about 5 minutes total. What an incredible resource this location is for anyone who needs a tow vehicle temporarily. Everyone there is so personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. They always go above and beyond to help me with my rentals, including cheerfully answering all my questions about truck brands or rental policies, graciously assisting with price adjustments when I've overfilled the gas, and having no issues with accidentally early or late pickups. They also now recognize me when I walk in, and I'm always greeted cheerfully, as well, which is nice! This particular occasion, they had assigned me a Dodge long bed, and even given me a discount on the rental price upon request as the normal day rate I'd been getting for months had gone up quite a lot for the summer season, so they split the difference, which was so helpful and a wonderful gesture. That's when I happened to see a Chevy short bed on the lot, and asked if I could have that one instead as I hadn't ever driven a Chevy before, and our home is a bit too small to maneuver a long bed easily. They swiftly and cheerfully agreed to swap the trucks and put the Dodge back and got the Chevy ready for me, including vacuuming and washing it. It was apparently brand-new and even still wrapped in plastic inside, so I was the very first renter! I know for a fact that if this location did not exist, there would be no way I could ever try out a brand-new truck in a real-world towing situation, so I'm very appreciative and grateful for the services this location provides! In general, this location always has sparkling clean, very new trucks, often in higher and more luxurious trim models, in good repair. Whenever the hay delivery people see the trucks I rent connected to my horse trailer, they are always astonished that these are rental trucks since they are such high quality. Your nice trucks are definitely your own best advertisement! There was one time you rented me an F-250 XLT diesel in a glossy light grey, and that one definitely turned heads! I haven't yet had a need to actually tow my horses anywhere, but I know that until I can afford my own truck, I will definitely always rent from this location to ensure that I can have a new and sufficiently strong tow vehicle so that my horses can be transported as safely as possible. Truly, although it is expensive to rent every 3 weeks, the fees pale in comparison to the price of a new truck, and as a bonus, I don't have to worry about any of the maintenance or other ownership costs. I've never been so glad to give my hard-earned money to a rental car company before now! If only every rental car company was as nice and accommodating as Enterprise Trucks Corona is!! During…read morethe rental period, from approximately 3:15 p.m. to 5:45 p.m., I was instructed to park my personal vehicle on Howard Street, adjacent to the rental location. Later that evening, around 7:30 p.m., I discovered my car was struck by another vehicle while parked near the U-Haul facility. There is a high probability that the damage was caused by a U-Haul truck, though no direct evidence has been found. I returned to the store the same evening and observed several high-mounted cameras in the lot that appeared to cover the area where my car was parked. The following morning, I contacted General Manager Andrew Larson to request the camera footage. He stated that a police report was required before the footage could be released. A police report was filed immediately. Upon request from the police, U-Haul's corporate legal team informed them that a warrant was needed to obtain the footage. Despite numerous conversations with U-Haul personnel throughout the day, no progress has been made in obtaining the footage. This lack of cooperation is disappointing and may be perceived as an attempt to avoid liability for potential damage caused by a U-Haul vehicle. This issue could be resolved if U-Haul made a reasonable effort to review the footage.

Our plumbing business down for two days, we desperately needed a new truck. Freeway Isuzu was the second dealer we called for a quote. John Palmieri (Owner and CEO) personally gave us a price that not only beat the first dealer's price by thousands of dollars but also included the box transfer since they have an in-house fabrication team - a service and savings that the other dealer could not provide. The next day at 2:00 am we limped our plumbing truck to Corona a three hour drive. Part of the deal was that transfer of the box would be completed the same day so we would only make this trip once. The fabrication crew had to work till 8:00 pm to fulfill that promise. Not only did John delivered what he promised something that was a rare and wonderful experience for me in this venue, but his whole team went the extra mile in customer service.
