Maintenance. It was never done, unless we called and made a stink they wouldn't have replaced a window that was broken out due to the home that burned down next to us. Like not exaggerating scrubbed the ceiling with straight tsp before feeling okay with letting our belongings sit in it. Gross. Property manager. Rude. Rude. Rude. RUDE!! Constantly forgets or just ignores. Remember that fire? I had several conversations with the pm to get it replaced and explained the cause and circumstances repeatedly.
