I had gone to a different Doctor and the shot though effective was extremely painful. So, once I realized i was going to have to get one again...I asked around and I was told about Dr. Bigelli. To my utter surprise I was quickly given an appointment. The assistant Nancy was very nice, but the best was yet to come. Dr Bigelli came in took x-rays and the decision to give me a cortisone shot was made. Every effort to minimize my discomfort was made...of course there was pain, but only half of what i had received in the past. I highly recommend this Doctor.

The express is really handy if you need a quick examination or x-ray after an injury and is so much better than going to an emergency room or even a walk-in with sick people coughing all over you.

Our nurse was nice but a we both agree she was a warm body. She thought after being with us for a little while that he was having a different surgery? Red Flags! She cleaned the wrong area for the surgery. He wasn't shaved until the eleventh hour. As we sat and joked around waiting... we overheard a lot of nurses conversation. I heard multiple swears. My husband made a comment about professionalism. He doesn't much comment about those things. His 'hospital' bracelet had a little piece attached to it that would sent me updates, which helped alerting me when he was out of surgery and could receive visitors. I loved this aspect. Recovery was great. Nurses were informative and helpful. Overall not a terrible experience by any means.

I saw Dr. Rogers who has a great personality and he takes the time to listen you. I love that he dictates the patient's notes in the room with you so no mistakes. Dr. Rogers came to see me before the surgery. We discussed, because of my allergies to medications what he would do for after surgery medication. After my surgery he showed me the before and after X-rays. I've had a lot of surgeries and I've met a lot doctors. Dr. Rogers is a top notch doctor and I would recommend this office to anyone needing a foot and/or ankle specialist. Thank you Dr. Rogers and staff for making my visits so pleasant. Robin Bellows

Do not go here. I left the practice at 18 when I was able to make my own medical decisions. Issues…read moreincluded miss diagnosing and belittling my wrist pain which was actually moderate carpal tunnel and trauma from sports, wait times over an hour, and one time cancelling my appointment but not telling me until after I had got to their office. My mother unfortunately is still a patient there. They did not tell her she had cancer- she found out over two weeks after Dr Kerzer got the results by a separate doctor outside the practice she had happened to go see. She had a biopsy done on Monday and is currently in pain. When we called the office we had to speak to the on call doctor. After a 2 hour wait he called, said he doesn't know the specifics of her case and won't prescribe anything to her, and she should wait till Tuesday when Dr Kerzer is back in the office or go to the emergency room. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
