I won't go into detail, but when this dealership left me hanging, I thought why not call another dealer. I just wanted the company headquarters contact information. By chance, I called Eric because he sells Royal. Eric answered on the first ring. I asked Eric for corporate contact information, stating I was having an issue with another dealer. Eric gave me the information, and then asked about the problem I was having. Eric listened patiently as I explained my concern. Eric asked the right questions. When I finished, Eric said he'd take care of it. It wasn't Eric's problem. It wasn't Eric's concern, but he told me, without hesitation, that he would take care of it. Within five minutes, my problem had been handled. Within five minutes, I finally got a call from the dealer that was giving me problems. Eric represents Royal Golf Carts at an incredible level. Eric went so far beyond my expectations, I'm having a problem finding the right words to share. I'll start with exemplary. I'll continue with great, fantastic, absolutely the best! If that small a difference made the deal fall thru, I certainly would not want him servicing the cart in the future. He probably would nickel and dime you to death if his margins are that small!
