I said "WHAT"?? The car only had 48000 miles on it and I drove it into their parking lot just a screeching!! S0, they show me the paperwork and it does have listed a "rear" brake pad kit, so they are saying that this is what they replaced, the rears and not the fronts!!! Wait a minute, I drove it into the lot and I know which set of brakes they replaced!!! I don't care what the paperwork states, clerical error Im assuming. They would not budge, said I was wrong and basically called me a liar!!! Now I may be getting a little older but I do know my way around a car a little and Ive been scammed by some pretty creative people, but I didn't think I would be treated so rudely and called a liar to my face! I would NEVER do business with this type of operation and would recommend to whoever may be reading this to AVIOD them!!!
