Don't even try to deal with billing. Everything is a huge mission. They won't take my payment at the time of service, they say to wait until they process the insurance. Then I get emails, letters, and texts about my overdue balance. In 2025 I spend months trying to resolve a billing issue. No one calls you back and when you finally speak to someone you get different answers from everyone. Also you can't reach them on the phone because it goes to a call center.

Unfortunately billing practices are unusual that even if you have insurance they will charge the office visit and 20% copay upfront. So expect to pay a lot up front. The office would also benefit from stress reduction classes as the front desk staff is quite curt sarcastic and display quite a defensive attitude. This place is a complete scam. I scheduled an appointment for an allergy test, but I never received…read morethe full test and never even saw a doctor. Despite having excellent insurance and paying the required copay, I was hit with an unexpected $1,000 bill months later. When I tried to dispute the charge, they responded by filing a civil suit against me. This all happened for a simple allergy test that should have been covered by insurance--it makes no sense at all.
