I can usually find things they stock for less online, but then I have to deal with shipping and waiting. But I have to say, I don't think the 1 star reviews are justified just because of price. Asher Goods specializes in men's apparel, with a Pacific Northwest twist. This location is in the Redmond Town Center on the lower level. We're Hispanic and definitely got the vibe that one of the staff members was nervous we were going to steal something! The woman asked if my husband needed help 4x in the span of 20 minutes. He stepped outside to get reception and when he returned, she says "back again, I see". He met up with me towards the back wanting to leave and then she came up to ask if she could hold our items up at the front, I guess because she thought we were in cahoots. The whole thing is extra hilarious because we could easily afford to buy the entire store 4x over. My one regret is that my husband didn't share his experience beforehand so that I wouldn't have given them my money. Lesson learned.

Our go to person we've been ordering from is Kristin, but I've been in and received help from Ryan and multiple different folks. All are welcoming and helpful. I wish I would have known about Risan a couple seasons back when we were having trouble finding cleats. They had a TON of options, same goes for bats ( they even had the Fire bat which was one of my son's top asked for bday items). There was a day recently where Kristin was not in, and I was able to still get a response from her via email and her coworker even text her to get a response. The team at Risan cares about their customers and that's rare to find nowadays. Every time I've been in I see someone else there getting great service, and you can tell they've had some relationships with local schools and teams for years and years. I also like that they're able to do small batch orders. We were considering doing a dozen hats for parents and Kristin was more than happy to get quotes for me. Next time we need any baseball gear for the team or just my son, we'll be hitting up Risan. Highly recommend for baseball gear in Kirkland/Redmond/Sammamish.
