Some stuff is full of retail price but the selection the selection is good if you wear normal sizes I personally was looking for a friend who is four XL long they didn't have anything over two XL but everyone was super friendly. Nobody was bothered when you asked questions and only about 50% of the merchandise was an actual retail price. I wasn't impressed besides the pair of shoes so that's all I got. Have shopped here a few times over the years. 3 different sales guys walking the floor checked on me and asked how I was while I was shopping on my recent visits. I bought a pair of shoes, got home, and they felt tight even though I had tried them on in the store. Took them back and with the help of the salesman, found shoes that fit much better and were better for my needs. Realized I didn't have the receipt for the shoes I wanted to return, and I was told no problem. They looked up the payment history at the register. went to the Nike outlet store in North Bend as I have for 20 years. I buy the same shoe over the last 10 years. have probably bought 15 pair. I went in this morning and asked the guy to just order it online for me. he asked if I was a member and I said yes. he said he had worked there 5 years. when I told him last time they just scanned it and he was rude and said they've never done that. anyway, it takes him 5 minutes to then hand me his device and type in my email address to find my membership. I typed that in. he takes a couple of minutes then ask me to now type in my name, my address, my email address again and a few other things and I said that's ridiculous. you should know who I am. I just ordered two pair of these a year ago. And he simply was rude and said that's the way it had to go. I left went to find a manager and some kid at the front desk says he's a manager. as I'm telling him what's going on, he turns and starts talking to somebody else who walked up! unfucking believable never again ever. you just lost $160 sale in many more dollars in sales from my wife and me and the future. This is one of the larger stores in the North Bend outlet complex, and one of the best organized and laid-out stores to boot. There is a HUGE selection of merchandise here, all of great quality (no irregulars), and the staff is pleasant and helpful, too (bonus!). I found the prices here to still be on the high side, especially for an outlet store, but if you visit on a holiday weekend (as we did, this being the 4th of July), they discount prices even further, and it definitely would be worth your while to come then. Between this store and the Reebok and Under Armour stores nearby, I don't know why anyone would shop elsewhere for their sporting apparel. read more

I went to Nike looking specifically for some new shoes for work, and of course there are numerous options so I knew want to speak to a staff member to help me with my final decision. So this guy Eric approaches me asking me if I needed assistance and I told him what I was looking for, he gave me his personal and professional opinion on all of the shoes that I personally admired. He was quite knowledgeable & genuine, so together picked a great pair of shoes for me! In addition to finding the shoes, we discovered that Eric I lived in my same neighborhood for many years so and we had a great conversation about random things having nothing to do with his work or my shoes. Then I settled for the size on the display. He put the shoes inside the box. I paid, the cashier partly checked the 3 pairs of shoes I was buying then I paid. Came home with a missing 1 strap. I'm a basketball shorts kind of guy and this is my Graceland! I almost always head straight to the clearance racks and start cruising through looking for different types of shorts. I'm almost always able to find one or two pairs of cheaply priced basketball shorts ($10-$15). My most recent trip I was able to procure an awesome new pair of basketball shorts for like $11. If you're willing to spend a little bit of time to look through what's there, you can find great deals on Nike gear! The staff is generally helpful, but it's typically hard to find someone since this place is pretty busy. Customer service here has been really awesome. We had to make a return without a receipt and they didn't give us any hassle at all. The guy working there made it really easy which I didn't expect! Awesome place to get sneakers, sweatshirts, t-shirts, etc for really cheap prices. A lot of items are either severely marked down or on racks listed for 30% or 50% off. I went earlier today and found some great deals on running shoes and running gear. It's President's Day so everything I got was 40% off. Nice running jackets for $19-something and sportsbras for under $10! Spend about $80 and got a pair of running shoes, two sports bras, running pants, and a running jacket.... that's how much I paid for my last pair of running shoes from the regular Nike store in downtown Seattle. I love Nike, so am so happy that this store exists because not all of us can spend 100 bucks on pumped-up kicks. They have such great deals on items, especially shoes for training. If you don't see your size, ask someone and they can look in the back for more stock. Also, many items that you would see at sports stores at full-price eventually makes its way here for big discounts. It's worth the visit, especially if you're in need of new or more work out gear. Sales staff is very friendly and helpful. This place is hit or miss. No question you will get Nike goods at a good discount, but unfortunately half off of ugly stuff is still ugly. I can tell you that I have got some amazing deals on Jordan's here more than once, but I have also made the long drive to North Bend and left empty handed. I tell people when it's a great sell and plenty to choose from, buy two pair. That said, if you have a family you can't go wrong. Comparing to the one in Tulalip this store is amazing. Every time I visit the store I always find something I need. They sometimes have special basketball shoes with discounts. Their clothing is also very attractive. I got some Jordan jackets with 70% off. The only drawback is, it's the only store that is worth your time traveling to North Bend. The outlet there is small and for me there isn't anything there except the Nike. read more

I came here because it was a sunny day and thought it'd be a nice drive to the mountains. I wish I never came--I'm swearing off the Nike brand for good after my experience here. They didn't have the size shoe I wanted, so they offered to order it online and have it delivered. Only the salesman took 3 attempts entering my information, and in the end, I discovered he had entered my shipping information incorrectly. He didn't know how to fix it, so he asked the store manager. The store manager, Zack, said it was "out of his hands" since it was an online sale and that I would have to contact customer service myself to have my address corrected. How absurd! I insisted they correct their own mistake and the manager finally agreed to call them. Only the next day, I received a confirmation email stating the WRONG ADDRESS STILL! The manager never called! So I spent 30 mins of my own time on the phone getting the address corrected. I regret this order entirely and will never buy from Nike again. read more
