Very reasonable prices. Robbie F was a fantastic guitarist and story teller. The Venue provided a good atmosphere with 10-15 low top tables. On the edges of the room were high top seating. There was also a step up balcony with traditional chairs. It was a very intimate kind of concert and everyone had a good seat.

Kat Edmonson transported us to the past! She is soooo precious. She has the most unique little voice that captivates you immediately. She is witty and a tremendous songwriter. If you ever get the chance to see Kat please do! You will not be sorry. And any show would be great at the Charles H Morris.

Really BAD that stands out: undercooked turkey (red and bloody) as you cut halfway to the bone (see photo): I find this unforgivable considering the high price! The stuffing was good but way too creamy--it was the consistency of creamed corn. The green beans were boring and undercooked (and yes, I followed the reheating instructions). Everything else was good but I wouldn't say amazing. We also ordered the Gouda Mac 'n cheese: pretty good. The tenderloin was perfect!

The tables, chairs, and people were packed in; hard to get to the bar or restroom from the ground floor. We had two guys sit at the end of their table (suppose to be one) blocking our view. They really crammed everyone in. It was a good time because of the friend I brought. I wouldn't go to Bingo Loco again unless I purchased a balcony seat and then you're less likely to score giveaways. I've heard seeing a musical performance there is great, I'd go back to try that experience. They say the doors open at 5:00, but we were there early and they had us standing in the heat for 30 minutes before the doors finally opened at 5:30. Not too impressed, but I'd give it a second chance with the right company and performer.

I just had to let you know. The atmosphere at your venue was simple, but beautiful. Everything was set up and ready when we arrived. The food was super yummy and I went for two helpings! Not to mention two helpings of dessert as well! I was most impressed with the staff who waited on us. They were so very attentive, especially to the bride-to-be. I wish I had asked for their names as they were on-point during our whole event. Every drink was filled and refilled, the food station was carefully watched to keep it neat, and they even helped with carrying the gifts and picking up the wrapping paper. They made the bride-to-be feel like a queen! I walked out with a smile on my face to see such good service (oh, and I took a salted-caramel brownie for the ride home)! Well done Venue 1223! The outdoor area was nicely lit for the holidays. They set up only 1 bar with 2 bartenders to handle over 60 people. They did a pretty good job keeping up. The credit card charges show Downtown Deli as the business owner and not Venue 1223 (probably owned by Downtown Deli). The food was pretty good. They had people serving Hors D'oeuvres which were a charcuterie in a cup, spring rolls, chicken, etc. The main course was either chicken, beef or specialty vegetarian dish which my wife ordered. It was basically a power bowl and looked pretty good with long strips of portabella mushrooms over salad with lots of quinoa and vegetables. My chicken was a bit dry and tough. The inside is a large open area for tables, a DJ and a dance floor. The staff was friendly and did a great job keeping food and people moving.

All of our guests were just raving at how good the food was so we were so pleased. Another thing we really liked about PKC is that they didn't try to nickle and dime us like some caterers. They had a set price and it included real silverware and real plates. In our searches, we noticed that most caterers charged extra for these items and we felt that was ridiculous. Planning a wedding is stressful so when we came across PKC and they were making it easy on us, we were very anxious to use them. And we are so glad we did! Parking... a true cluster F. They changed the pattern for parking, drop off and pick up... even the cranky police were confused. Venue, not enough concessions... SCAD commencement and you've one line open?! Facility... very clean but lacked greatly in temperature control. Steamy 82 degrees F outside, sunny and humid, but like a 2-8 degree refrigerator inside.
