Then I was told about Reggie's...they answer on the first ring and quote REAL prices. I came when they told me to and they started immediately versus leaving me to sit around. The gentleman at the front desk is so personable, I felt like I was talking to a family member. The mechanic that worked on my truck let me see how alignments are done and went about and beyond to make sure my truck drove smooth before I left. Lastly, the owner, Reggie is one cool guy! He was so friendly and funny, all the customers love him and the staff. They are so down to earth, I didn't want to leave when my truck was finished! She took my info about the car, problem and my name and number. She stated the person that would know was not available at the time and would return my my call. That never happened . Fast forward two days later when I followed up, the same elderly lady answered and as soon as she realized it was me she was short, and said they "meant to call" (to me me that meant we chose not to call) and stated "no we don't have anything on that" that didn't make any sense. I ask what do you mean? She said No, we can't work on it. I thanked her for answering the call and hung up. This place is most likely a mom/pop business run with a sense of informality with a lack of professionalism and customer service. All I wanted was a less costly repair vs dealership.
