As it turns out--i was NOT covered after 4 months of providing information, Horrible experience for an epileptic trying to provide a sample was not needed, instead of telling me I am not covered, they almost induced a seizure . Lies, unprofessional and they seem very confused.

The nurse assistants and ladies at the front are nice. I've never waited over 15 mins. Unfortunately making an appointment has became very difficult lately. Today I called three times and left two voice mails on their appointment hotline. They never call you back and you have to keep trying. Last time it took five calls to get an appointment. I have never had this issue before this year. I hope this will change soon because I really like and trust the doctors.

I now have a battery of labs to get and return for a follow-up visit. Hands in prayer ... I found Penn's overall staff to be kind, courteous, and proficient.
