On April 22, I had an appointment with Dr. Jason McCarthy, from the moment I entered the receptionist was very welcoming and very kind and professional then I met with Eric, who prepped me before seeing Dr. McCarthy Eric was awesome he was very professional, he was a very sweet person. After that I saw Dr. McCarthy he was awesome. He listened to me. He went over my history of my health I know that I made the right choice of seeing him he made me feel very comfortable and that's very rare when you see doctors. Dr Neidorf was my doctor for over 20 years. Very friendly and puts you at ease. Very helpful and caring. So was his wife, Jill when she worked there many years ago. I'm very sorry to lose him from his recent retirement, but the new guy, Jason McCarthy seems great too. Highly recommend! read more

I might have the years off 1 o2. I retired from the military 9/29/1989. With high blood pressure. My first visit was 90/91. Dr. Neidorf discovered my diabetes while treating my blood pressure. I have been seeing the Doc every 3 months. He listen to you and he explains things that normal people like me can understand. He is a great doctor. I take lab test every 3 months. I currently see Ellen Boxer-Goldfarb the practicing nurse physician. She is quite thorough and obviously cares about your health. The office for the most part has been courteous and kind but as most Doctor offices go, overworked and when that happens it is possible for things to slip through the cracks. Communication is a different story, phone calls don't always get relays to the practitioners. I usually use the Virtua Health site to access my file and submit question that I need answers to (as suggested by my practitioner). Getting answers to your questions in a timely manner or even knowing if they were read has been a problem of late. Requests for a recent prescription renewal took far too long, even after the pharmacy contacted the office several times (known for sure as my daughter is a pharmacy tech. at the pharmacy and witnessed first hand). These are all things I have experienced at the past several Virtua Primary Care offices i have been to. Perhaps Virtua itself is getting too big for personal patient care anymore. read more

Had an issue with Virtua billing department after my Dr.s visit & after many attempts with the Virtua billing department they did nothing to help me & I was lied to & giving many excuses. I was told a price from my Dr's office on what the total cost of the visit would be ($96.00) which I paid in full. Then a few days later I am getting billed $140.00 more from Virtua billing department. My doctor; Dr. David Neidorf & his staff bent over backwards to help me & I can't thank them enough. They were keeping me informed & up to date & as of today February 11, 2020 the matter has finally been resolved. Once again Dr. Neidorf & Staff, thank you very much. read more

Most ignorant, unprofessional, disgusting group of human beings I have ever had the displeasure of having to speak with. 18 days since my brothers death and the nurse practitioner, Ellen Boxer-goldfarb still has not signed the death certificate and our funeral is tomorrow. When I called, obviously upset, they were insensitive, unhelpful and rude. None of them should be permitted to practice medicine! I will be filing an official complaint with the NJ Nursing board! read more

Everyone at the office is very kind. Dr. Neidorf is very knowledgeable and I never feel rushed. Best Primary Doctor I've ever had!

...I was a patient of Dr. Neidorf when I lived in Lindenwold then continued even after I moved many years later. I would drive thru many townships to maintain my appointments. Of late (depending on his staff) some members of his staff cant seem to grasp the concept of customer service or simple consideration for a patients time. Not exactly friendly at times depending on who you dealt with, no phone/people etiquette. If their patient load got a bit much to handle I wish they would have just told me and I would have gladly found a family doctor near my home. I only visited this office for my yearly physicals and maybe one or two more times a year, depending on my health. Last appointment I had was confirmed for 9:30AM by his office, When I got there they told me in a very ignorant way that I was 30mins late and that I should leave and reschedule. They couldn't care less that they were wrong, the distance I drove or the nature of my visit. I guess everything happens for a reason. I will find a practice near my home and hope they transfer my records promptly. read more
