Fortunately, Ryan Pierce was the tech on duty, and he was there to help me make the transition safely. The facility is excellent, but it is the staff who truly sets SJ Radiology apart from their competitors. From the moment Ryan greeted me and escorted me back for my test, he was gracious, compassionate, and incredibly hospitable. His patience and kindness were genuinely overwhelming. You simply cannot teach someone to have that kind of positive attitude and compassion. For Ryan, this was clearly more than just a 9-to-5 job--it was a calling. He treated me with dignity, respect, and genuine concern, and I am extremely grateful for the care he provided. SJ Radiology is fortunate to have someone like Ryan Pierce on its team. Employees like him are what make a difficult experience easier for patients and truly distinguish an organization from its competitors. On May 17th, I was transported via ambulance to Marlton Virtua Hospital. Jeremiah and Morgan were…read morethe EMTS or Paramedics. I was not well so I am not sure their title . They were terrific. I was scared and sick. When they came to my house,my pup was barking with all the visitors. They didn't blink and he is a big guy. By the time they got me in the ambulance, they had calmed Wilson too. The thing is, they didn't just transport me and dump me off t the hospital. They stayed with me till the Emergency Nurse came to take over. This helped. It's hard to be alone when you are not well.. I appreciated their care and kindness. Then the RN, I think Tiara? Began her professional attentive care calmed me. When you can't breath it creates fear and she was quick to give me care. Jade was already waiting to do a chest x-ray and was as kind as could be. They don't want you to drink anything, when you first arrive till they determine your care. But when you are struggling to breathe you become very uncomfortably dry. My Nurse gave me a sponge wipe for my lips. It sounds small but it so was not. Dr. Sing was terrific and efficient. Answered my questions and admitted me to the hospital. I was eligible for hospital at home because I am a senior . An excellent choice. I had been in this program before. I have asthma that can get out of control and they have been able to stabilize me before. The care you can get at home without being in the hospital is a big plus. A virtual doctor visit every day and 2 RN visits give you the support that you need without the trauma of being hospitalized. The Doctors were fantastic. I can't remember all their names but I do remember a Dr Leu and Dr Malek. There were 2 others and I am sorry I cant remember their names. The Doctors did not just give me medical directives, they partnered with me and planned with me. Very noble. Thank you. My Nurses, Christine, Michael, Joe, Sarah and Emily, all very thorough and compassionate. Even the couriers who delivered needed medicine, equipment and even food were prompt friendly and professional. I am feeling better and those partners are the reason why. Wilson Cheese made a bunch new friends. It's nice when the folks are caring for you, accept and understand your extended family. Thanks to you all.

It was 22 degrees out and the wife and I stood at the front door, in the cold, until exactly 6:30 when the doors were opened. The lobby was empty and there was also a secured foyer that was also empty but we were not allowed in from the cold until exactly 6:30. Suggestion: When telling the patient to arrive at 6:30, tell them that the doors will not be open until 6:30 so don't be early.

My friend is 56, I am 32, so Dr. Patel sees and knows how to treat people of all ages. The raves I heard about him were all true. He's VERY personable, very funny, truly cares about my well being, and wants to make sure that I am taken care of as if I were a member of his own family. The ONLY thing I recommend is trying to avoid going in for simple things that can be handled over the phone. Their wait time can be astronomical, so if you have an appointment, allot yourself plenty of time to be there so that you're not rushed. This is a VERY busy office, so keep that in mind! This is weight loss meds that should be administered weekly. We already missed one week 2) They will tell you to come back every 3 months or less for "follow up" checks. And of course, to maximize profit. 3) Bloodwork is done in their clinic which is convenient, but would charge additional for what is supposed to be 100% covered by insurance. 4) Will charge $30 for no-show, but will not send a single reminder either via text or email or call. And you can't dispute these charges. I wish I could also charge them for all the 'no-updates' and 'no-callbacks'. Already looking for a new Primary Doctor. Sigh.

For over two weeks, I have been going back and forth between the pharmacy, my health insurance company, and the office simply trying to obtain my glucose test strips. Unfortunately, this is not a one-time issue -- this happens every time I need refills. I have made countless calls to the office, my insurance company, and the pharmacy. My pharmacist has also contacted the office directly and expressed frustration with the ongoing delays and lack of resolution. Multiple insurance representatives have contacted the office while I was on hold and repeatedly explained that a prior authorization was required. Each time, I was told the authorization would be submitted. One representative from the office, Kathleen, specifically informed me that the prior authorization had already been submitted and that the office was simply waiting for a response from the insurance company. However, after speaking again with my insurance company the following day, I was informed that no prior authorization had actually been submitted. This was extremely frustrating and concerning, especially after being told otherwise. Today, the same process happened again. A representative from my insurance company contacted the office while I was on hold and spoke with someone named Jackie, who was faxed the prior authorization form again because the office stated they did not have the forms that had previously been sent by several other insurance representatives. Unfortunately, this is the same thing I have been hearing since last week, yet the issue still remains unresolved. I even sent a formal email to Nichelle Edwards, Director of Clinical Practice, explaining the situation and the ongoing problems obtaining medically necessary diabetic supplies. Come to find out at my phone appointment that my doctor and assistant were actually calling people since I had originally called to come in early. This same person then swore my doctor was booked for 3 months. I said it 3 times, and she still booked my appointment for only 1 month.
