As someone who is…read moredisabled, wheelchair-bound, and unable to easily transition from a wheelchair to the testing platform, I was understandably concerned about the process. Fortunately, Ryan Pierce was the tech on duty, and he was there to help me make the transition safely. The facility is excellent, but it is the staff who truly sets SJ Radiology apart from their competitors. From the moment Ryan greeted me and escorted me back for my test, he was gracious, compassionate, and incredibly hospitable. His patience and kindness were genuinely overwhelming. You simply cannot teach someone to have that kind of positive attitude and compassion. For Ryan, this was clearly more than just a 9-to-5 job--it was a calling. He treated me with dignity, respect, and genuine concern, and I am extremely grateful for the care he provided. SJ Radiology is fortunate to have someone like Ryan Pierce on its team. Employees like him are what make a difficult experience easier for patients and truly distinguish an organization from its competitors. Yesterday, I took my 76-year-old mother-in-law to see Dr. Nguyen, and the entire experience was…read moreabsolutely wonderful from start to finish. Scheduling was incredibly easy, and when my mother-in-law accidentally missed her first appointment, Dr. Nguyen personally called her to check in and make sure she was okay. That level of care is so rare, and we were so grateful. The staff quickly helped us reschedule without any issue. When we arrived for her appointment, the woman at the front desk greeted us with such warmth and friendliness that we immediately felt welcome. She was thorough when explaining the discharge information afterward and even offered personal advice on how to get my mother-in-law's health insurance to cover the compression socks she will need for her upcoming procedure. Her kindness and knowledge really stood out. Before seeing Dr. Nguyen, we were cared for by his medical assistant, who was just as friendly, patient, and helpful. He took time to explain the paperwork and the procedure my mother-in-law was about to have, and he did an excellent job making her feel calm and comfortable. When Dr. Nguyen entered the room, he was incredibly warm and welcoming. He immediately noticed how nervous my mother-in-law felt about her VenaSeal procedure, and within a minute he had her smiling and laughing. His bedside manner is truly exceptional--above and beyond anything we expected. He even allowed me to accompany her into the procedure room so I could hold her hand. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Nguyen talked her through each step, encouraged her, and kept her at ease. He was fast, precise, and incredibly reassuring. He reviewed the discharge instructions thoroughly before we left, making sure we felt confident in the next steps. My mother-in-law will need several more procedures, and we are very happy to continue her care with Dr. Nguyen and the team at USA Vein Clinics in Marlton, NJ. It was an all-around wonderful experience, and my mother-in-law is already looking forward to seeing--and feeling--the results once her treatment plan is complete. We highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and this clinic. Their compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set them apart.

Apparently they said that they did not have a prescription. They did not even attempt to call Jefferson to fax over the script it was in the patient portal. I would be very wary about this place.
