I'm expecting my first child and have been treating here for 5 years and I've always had a good experience.

Okay place. Staff is a bit stuffy, the doctors seem to be knowledgeable and are friendly. Had worse experiences in Orlando.

Will never be coming here or recommending to anyone. STAY AWAY!! The older male doctor I had didn't…read moreeven let me explain all my symptoms, he was very abrupt, condencending and rude. Going off of only my pain and flow he immediately jumped to prescribing me things to stop the pain. I explained to him I don't care about the pain and that I can deal with it, he responded to that by looking at me like I was crazy and telling me that the only way to diagnose me is if I take pills for 6 months and if it stops my pain then I MIGHT have endometriosis. I only got to spit out about 6 of my 20 concerning symptoms I'm having. At the end of the visit, after I had made it very clear multiple times I do not want to be prescribed something to stop the pain and I just want someone to listen to me and help me figure out the excruciating and concerning pains I have been having for three years now, he proceeded to ask me "So what option are we going to go with?" Pressuring me to take a medication that won't even garuntee to diagnose me. I responded asking if "I can go home and do research on the medications before I decide?" He responded saying that "You are going down the wrong path taking your non-medical mind and doing research because you're going to want to get surgery and that's not going to garuntee a diagnosis because there's no real way for us to tell if you have this condition so you should really just take *what he was trying to prescribe me*," This doctor discouraged me to do research on the pills he is trying to prescribe me, that seems really uncomfortable and dishonest. He leaves the room and comes back with a pamphlet on the pills which describes a handful of awful side effects that I can only imagine what else I would find on a google search he so desperately was discouraging me to do because I have a "non-medical mind". Well, Mr. Doctor welcome to 2024 where you can learn anything online (some true and un true of course). But for a doctor to not listen to my symptoms, jump to prescribing me something I don't want to take, discourage me to google search the medications, not even tell me what my symptoms sound like they could be and just overall make me feel like he only cares about the commission he would make off me is very discouraging and discusting. I am so disappointed and worried for my health as a woman if all I get is doctors who don't care, listen or have any integrity.

My…read moreother doctors did not want me to use any kind of birth control, estrogen-based or otherwise, because of the medical emergency I had just experienced. Yet this doctor just kept trying to push me to get an IUD and even ordered one without me saying yet if I actually wanted it or not. They wanted me to get a transvaginal ultrasound and despite me asking three times for the orders to be sent to a certain location, they did not and I had to go somewhere with extremely rude staff to get that done. Then had to get a colposcopy procedure done and first off, they say "oh, just maybe take some Advil before but it won't hurt" - can't take Advil with blood thinners, and that was the worst pain I've ever experienced when they had to cut three things out. Then I wouldn't stop bleeding because BLOOD THINNERS and they're there laughing and being confused about why I'm bleeding so much - it's in my info that I take blood thinners, it's the whole reason I got referred there to begin with - how do you not know what medications your patients are on? Seems kind of important to know that, so you don't accidentally give someone a medication that might be allergic to. Also felt like they were really trying to push things like their aromatherapy line - not what I went there for, not helpful for me. Would not recommend this place based on the treatment received by all staff, the lack of care, lack of knowledge of patient's history/records, and pushing of non-medical "treatments."

nightmare. Horrible staff charges for results and takes advantage of vulnerability. Never again.read more
