As for seeing the doctor I have been very happy with the service I have received from the doctor himself and all the support staff. I met someone new working the front counter on my visit who answered the phone when I called in the morning to make sure that I was having an in-person appointment and not telemedicine. She was very helpful answering phones while also working the front counter and handling patients on the way out. Everything moved very smoothly and it was the busiest I have seen one of their offices on any visit. My doctor has always listened to what I had to say and explain things very efficiently for my treatments.

He was thorough, professional, and attentive throughout the visit. He even took the time to ask whether I had any concerns that he hadn't already addressed, which I truly appreciated. Beyond my experience with Dr. Hopper, I was especially impressed that the practice has its own mammography equipment on site. For years, I've had to schedule a separate appointment at a diagnostic center and then wait for the results to be sent back to my gynecologist. Having everything handled in one location is incredibly convenient and a major plus for me. I was also grateful that they were able to fit me in for a mammogram at the last minute. Kelsey was friendly, accommodating, and made the entire process quick and comfortable. She kindly worked me in just before her lunch break, which I greatly appreciated. She easily could have asked me to wait (a whole hour) or rescheduled me for another day, but instead she went out of her way to help. From the physician to the support staff, everyone I encountered was professional, courteous, and genuinely caring. I cannot say enough great things about this office. An urgent CatScan was scheduled and 4 days later we still hadn't heard anything from Dr. Zambinski. My husband was in so much pain that we ended up in the ER where he was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer that was throughout his body. My husband passed away 11 days later and to this this I have not heard a thing from Dr. Zambinski.

My initial referral experience was frustrating from the start, and things haven't improved. Every appointment has been late, standard by 30 to 45 minutes or more. As I'm writing this review, I'm sitting in the waiting room 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment, and I've already overheard three other patients voicing their frustration over even longer waits. The atmosphere feels tense and unhappy. Whether it's poor leadership, burnout, or staffing issues, it's noticeable the moment you walk in. As a younger patient dealing with complex health concerns, I want to understand my treatment and ask questions. Instead, I often feel rushed or dismissed rather than heard. Check the docs boxes and be on your way. And for the love of God, turn the air conditioning on or turn it up. Every visit feels uncomfortably warm, especially when you're already waiting well past your appointment time. Patients deserve to feel respected, listened to, and cared for. Right now, this office feels more focused on getting people in and out than providing a positive patient experience.
