The doctor was talking about allergies and other issues, even though I didn't ask him or want to go on and on about it and had to tell him multiple times that we know how to deal with that. Park Nicollet double charged me for a wellness and an office visit. After I tried to dispute this unfair charge, they turned me around. Very disappointed. I am leaving the clinic together with my family members. Hopefully you are happy with my $226 bill, because it will be my last one for you!

We like the customer service and the friendliness of the nurses and staff all around. They do a great job of keeping the kids at ease whether sick or just wary of what is happening. Another big plus is the after-hours nurse line. Not only do they call back fairly quickly, you get a caring, helpful voice on the other end of the line that helps you sort out what to do until the office or pharmacy opens in the morning. We definitely feel that our children's health is in good hands here.

We went to the hospital immediately after; turns out he was dehydrated and couldn't regulate his body temp. He spent a few nights in the hospital under a heat lamp with a feeding tube. Once his weight increased and his feeding and body temp was much better we were able to take him home again. Thanks to South Lake Peds we were able to get my son the care he needed right away.
