The lady who was working was friendly and helpful. She was able to get me change for the quarter machine and also recommend which size washer and dryer to use. Right after I got some quarters I realized that I didn't even need them because there are credit card readers on every machine here. It only cost me about $10 to wash my duvet compared to spending $40 to send it out to be washed. What a deal! The facility is clean and bright. Tons of machines so you shouldn't have to wait. There are places to sit, relax and even wash tv. There are also washing supplies and some pop and snack vending machines if you need. The entrance was decorated very nicely for Halloween. If you want to drop your stuff off and have it washed they also offer that service, along with dry cleaning and alterations. I will come back here next time I need to wash my duvet. You are required to wear a mask when inside. Everyone was abiding by the rules due to the pandemic.

That was about 6 years ago. Since then, Last Call has laundered my clothes regularly especially when there's too many clothes and I'm overwhelmed. They come pick up my funky clothes and bring them back 2 days later hot, fresh, clean and folded. Everything is done so perfectly and I feel like Samantha, when they arrive back.. as If I just twinkled my nose and they're all clean and folded and fresh.. and it's so easy, Knowing I didn't really do it on my own. Latasha Bullock and Co. really have something special here. and it's a essential service I'd recommend to any single man.. with disabilities. Last call washing my clothes makes it easier for me. Only here cause my washer and dryer aren't hooked up yet but definitely would come back here due to cleanliness. Theres also two areas to wait and chill. Theres book to read, TVs on, and a snack bar with soft drinks :)

I recently brought in a dress that had great sentimental value for a cleaning. I dropped it off they said no problem we will have it ready by Monday. I go in on Monday to pick it up and they have completely ruined the dress. It was black and white and the young lady taking care of me proceeded to tell me she has seen this happen 20 times to black and white garments and that she suggests I not buy black and white garments in the future. She then said "oh no charge for this" like they would have had the audacity to charge me. They sent me away with some pre-typed up document explaining that dry cleaning chemicals can cause bleeding of colors and that was it. No compensation or apology and now my sentimental garment, although it was not an expensive one, is ruined. I do not doubt that dry cleaning can ruin a garment but if this place has seen over 20 black and white garments ruined then you would think when I dropped the dress off they might give me a heads up because I probably wouldn't have left it with them. Terrible customer service very disappointing and they have just lost a customer of 35 years.
