I've gone to this business since I've needed glasses ! They are the sweetest most kind people you'd ever meet. They all remember me every time I come in and just make the experience a lot less more of a hassle than you'd think it'd be. They always give the best deals. They're just the best. Amazing customer service from beginning to end. As a long time glasses/contact wearer I've been coming here since 1992. They do a great job of describing the pro/cons of each type of lense/frame and what would work best for your specific situation. Stylish frames in all budgets, shapes, and sizes as well. I called them because they were in network and I had a bad experience with my local optician. I just needed a contact exam in the near future so I called to get some information and was helped by Matthew, he was able to find my insurance information and then told me exactly what my fees would be, this was with me not even asking. At that point it was a fact finding call and I said I'd call back tomorrow if I needed an appointment. He said no problem and he would share my info with his coworker Dave so I didn't have to go through it again. The next day I did speak to Dave, who was already downloaded from Matthew. He got me set up with an appointment right away. A few days later I was contacted by Susie to confirm my appointment. She also checked my insurance and made sure I understood what the appointment fees would be for the day so there wouldn't be any surprises. Wow! In a world of substandard medical care and snarky receptionists it was a wonderful experience to feel like I was being helped and given transparent information to navigate my insurance plan. The actual appointment was great. The office was clean and had cute glasses. The doctor was nice, helpful and the appointment was on time. I highly recommend this office due to the people who work here. They all deserve a raise. I hope that Target knows what good employees they have here. I am happy to be a new patient.

Excellent staff and facility to help address physical therapy needs. I have come here for a few…read moremobility issues and have been impressed with the level of professional care I have received. A friend referred me to Scott who was able to assess what I needed and a treatment plan for me very quickly. Scott has a team of therapists, Paul and Dave, who are helpful and awesome. They were very clear and honest about the path to get better and were patient and attentive during the recovery process. They listened and believed what I said when I described my discomfort and pain. They carefully watched me do my therapy to ensure they had the correct exercises I needed for each step of the way. I appreciated that they made me a folder with diagrams and notes about what I needed to do each day in between appointments. This really helped me to stay on track. I appreciated that they took their time to ensure I was at my best before releasing me from my program. I would recommend these guys for anyone who needs PT. Great location, availability of appointment times and the faculty is very clean. Staff and other patients are wearing masks at all times and the surfaces are constantly being cleaned.

I recently hurt my back and decided to try physical therapy. My wife recommended me to this hidden…read moregem. Visited the office last week, and met my therapist Myles, who is really good and easy to talk with. He did a quick screen and several exams to determine I had an issue with my lumbar facet, not really muscle spasm, which caused imbalance and weakness to stand and sit long time. While applying the adequate tools and messages, I felt better immediately. After two visits, I can finally get up bed without any pain, and stand/sit longer. During my session, Myles always try to make me relax so my back can be treated correctly. He also recommended excises and explained to me how to do correctly, so the back issue can be improved at home though excuses. High recommended and I am definitely going back. One little reminder, The building is 2 floors high in the back of packing lot if you turn from Youngs road.
