Everyone was really friendly, and the owner is the one who helped me. She listened to my preferences, and pulled an extensive sampling of frames, and took her time to help me find the perfect pair. AND she made my daughter feel included in the process. She just really made it all work, and it was a great experience! I would HIGHLY recommend. Dr. Miller was nice and very professional. I would give her five stars, but the shopping experience was unpleasant, so they get only one star instead. There were two sales people working there during our visit. I found one to be very pushy, curt, and rude. She made faces and rolled her eyes to let me know she didn't appreciate how much time I was taking. She asked me to move to the side "so I could get a better look" at my husband's choices, then she took my place, sat in front of him, talked over me, and pushed her choices instead. I found that very disrespectful. None of the frames had price tags. I ordered contacts for me and will buy glasses somewhere else. We will buy him a second pair of glasses as well, just not there. read more

I was at a loss of where to go for contacts and glasses so I checked the reviews and chose Gold Circle Optical and I can tell you I am so glad I did. These days it's hard to find good service AND good quality and this establishment has both, to say the least. I was treated so well from the moment I walked in the door. The staff here is so helpful and made me feel so comfortable. They allowed me to take my time choosing a frame and helped me make the right choice with which glasses were most flattering on me. I actually am enjoying wearing glasses for a change. They were so helpful with explaining my insurance which can be somewhat confusing and gave me the best options in that aspect. They made my glasses/Contact lens buying experience so easy. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend you do yourself a great service and visit this business for all of your eye care needs...you will not be sorry! I stopped at Gold Circle because I had a hard time finding what I wanted at the big shops near me. The first thing I found here was caring, thoughtful service. My old glasses were adjusted perfectly and she gave me advice about quality aspects I should look for in the wireless frame I wanted. Since then I have been back for two more pairs and am extremely happy. I got a nasty scratch on one pair and the lens was replaced after a full year....at no charge. I didn't know they were on warrantee and would have gladly paid for it. 25 years of buying frames and lenses and this is the very best, for careful fitting and continued care. read more

This is a nice shop. Interesting, unique frame selections. Attentive staff. I wish I would have found something I liked, but I didn't. It's a smaller store but if you want attention, this is a great shop to scope out. The woman who helped me tried to find the best frames for my face, but still nothing. When I was a kid I was not a candidate for contacts. Was fitted and fainted, then got sick. 30 years later I was in great need for contacts so I could continue to play golf and softball. I literally was sitting in Gold Circle for over an hour scared to death to try them again. Terri never once rushed me or laughed (even tho I'm sure she wanted to). I finally took her up on her offer to let me allow her to put them in my eyes. Two years later I am still wearing contacts and I can get them in and out in less than a minute! Terri is BEYOND patient and extremely helpful. Picking out glasses...should be another review! Hours later and two trips to decide, but Terri again, remained patient and respectful!
