The mother and her two (grown) sons are so pleasant you can tell they just have a love for animals. They were able to fit her in for daycare without an appointment they even were able to give her a bath. They have an indoor playroom and a decent size yard. They have a pet shop with some adorable accessories, toys, etc for pets. Izzie got her 1st bling today, a gorgeous crystal encrusted B.B. Simon collar. Apparently, she's happy and had a great day at daycare because after only 4 hours at Prancing Paws, she passed out cold on my lap. This will definitely be our go to spot every time we come back here for business!

When I walked into the shop, the groomer did not realize I was there, and I witnessed her aggressively twisting my dog's ear while saying, "I'm not the one you want to bite." She then placed a rope tightly around his mouth. My dog has never had issues with previous groomers, has never cried during grooming, and has never been difficult to handle. I also specifically requested that the hair on his ears and tail be left longer, but those instructions were not followed. In addition, he was shaved so short that his skin is visible. Based on what I personally witnessed and the condition my dog was returned in, I do not recommend this groomer. I believe my dog was mistreated, and I would not trust her with my dog again. I was told 60-70 for small dogs but paid $75. I wish I could rate her as a 0.

I took my Long Haired Chihuahua mix and Yorkie in for grooming before heading back to Cali. Cindy and Rebecca were absolutely great. They showered my babies-my girls, expressed their glands, clipped their nails, brushed teeth, checked their pads and shaped their body hair and face. My girls were soft and coat shiny. They looked happy! The grroming time was not short or too long. I dropped off the girls, did a few errands and Cindy called when the girls were ready. It was just the right amount of time. I was pleased. Cindy and Rebecca put cute little bows on each of their ears. ADORABLE! Cindy gave each of my girls a blueberry treat to take with me. I showed off the girls at my Aunt's school and they were all the talk. Oh the cost....very reasonable. I will definitely be back and the dog owners at my Aunt's school will be taking their pets also.
