She had a good attitude. I'm a retired Air Force Veteran, I live animals , usually, I have a good report with anyone, when I made the appt, I asked to have the Dr check out my puppy. He had been plagued with alot of issues. He was 3 months old. Infested with fleas,ticks and a large amount of worms. He has had bloody stool, gastro upset,with nausea, diarrhea, shortness of breath. He didn't respond to any questions, I tried to ask as he walked away with his back to us, as if we were not significant, perhaps he wasn't interested in my puppy. Simple reassurance would have sufficed. However, he never even looked at my puppy, except to give a vaccine shot. He treated us as if we were not worth his time, he was aloof, cold, and his lack of empathy was rude. I know by his behavior he won't blink with this review, I'm quite sure he has been allowed to behave this way for a long time. Shame on him. Please don't waste your time with this provider. He must have all the patients he wants, and doesn't care about new customers, I got more interest from a online Dr with the computer screen, felt more, warmth, and compassion.

    I was scheduled for a specific time with my lab/healer this summer. I had the card and everything…read more I came to my appointment and a lady at the desk told me that it was actually 30 minutes earlier. It was very frustrating to try and get my dog to and from her appointment. So to get there and be told that with no sympathy, helps the frustration along. She argued with me and asked if I had a chart. I replied with, "I'm not sure, but we've been seen by my other dog." It's like she didn't hear that portion and after many back-and-forths, she exclaimed, "Well why didn't you tell me that?" The attitude that was used with me was uncalled for as a customer. I left with an appointment for September for my second dog and cancelled my lab's appointment to go to another place. After coming in September, I was told that I was deactivated and not allowed to activate again. This place has very poor communication. Not only with their scheduling, but also with pretty big things like "deactivation." Regardless of the reasons for deactivating me, I should've at least been notified. Very poor business and I very much want to dissuade anyone from going here to treat their babies. There are many other doctors and nurses who will love your babies, but not these people. There are cold attitudes and robotic voices that are unneeded in a small town. If maybe one person could read this, maybe it could save someone from being offended or frustrated or treated rudely.

Today I was eight minutes late and they were not busy and the girl at the counter was kirt and rude and had to get permission to see her. My own Doctor doesn't do this. And I then to see my dog he commanded that I apologize to his rude employees as a tech lied about my actions to the owner and then said being an employee she taking care of her coworkers. I have owned two restaurants in the village and this place has gotten to big for their britches. Pride has a very hard fall. Let me add to this. I called last week after a text trying to make this appointment and no confirmation. This has happened twice. I called and left messages and my phone number to set the appointment. Never have I gotten a phone call back. So I finally got a hold of someone last week and she said I was late for her shots and I replied, I called and left messages and you never ever call me back. And she said well you should have made the follow up appointment before you left the first visit. As she stumbled for her words. What?! I thought that was their job. Owners you need to to put a camera up and record your front staff and your employees should never be correcting and protecting their coworkers, because they are not in management. I love Mrs Billby and I will miss her. She is amazing, but she wasn't there today her husband was. Wow! I'm really can't believe what is happening to customer service?
