He had been plagued with alot of issues. He was 3 months old. Infested with fleas,ticks and a large amount of worms. He has had bloody stool, gastro upset,with nausea, diarrhea, shortness of breath. He didn't respond to any questions, I tried to ask as he walked away with his back to us, as if we were not significant, perhaps he wasn't interested in my puppy. Simple reassurance would have sufficed. However, he never even looked at my puppy, except to give a vaccine shot. He treated us as if we were not worth his time, he was aloof, cold, and his lack of empathy was rude. I know by his behavior he won't blink with this review, I'm quite sure he has been allowed to behave this way for a long time. Shame on him. Please don't waste your time with this provider. He must have all the patients he wants, and doesn't care about new customers, I got more interest from a online Dr with the computer screen, felt more, warmth, and compassion.

I paid them $800 as requested before the vet would see him. The vet who was there was filling in for the above vet she was on vacation. Very helpful and did all she could to save him. After 4 days his bladder ruptured and I had no choice but to euthanize him as he was in so much pain. An autopsy was performed the vet Ashley Stephen's had nicked his urethra causing his death. I truly believed that as stated by the owner they would do the right thing but now it's turned over to their adjuster to review and that person wants me to submit all records and bills and explain why I want my money back. You would think they( the clinic) would provide all records , the adjuster wants to verify I have a valid claim. They killed my baby. And this is the second puppy I've had die under their care. Well never again and if the burden of proof is on me fine I will do what is necessary to resolve this issue. Ashley Stephen's called me a week and a half after returning from vacation to offer me her condolences....seriously and stated she had been meaning to call but had been busy. Again with the BS of asking what they could do for me . When I told her same thing I told Dr. Brian silence. They were busy circling the wagons to try and cover up her negligence for her to call. We'll watch him closely and bring him back the next day if needed. He's a rescue and we're not about to leave him overnight in a cage. Gave us some pills. When we go to check out, the 3 receptionists were yelling over each other. We couldn't hear ourselves think. They show us the bill. Charged us over $300 for the blood test (which was completely unneeded). Total bill was almost $700. For diarrhea! And since he was so concerned (wanting to keep him overnight), we certainly expected a call the next day to see how he was doing. In fact, EVERY SINGLE VET has always called the next day to check on our pet. Nothing. Over a month and we're still waiting for the call from the "very concerned" vet. This vet is such a rip off. Do yourself a favor and stay away. So glad we have found a caring vet in this town.

I was scheduled for a specific time with my lab/healer this summer. I had the card and everything…read more I came to my appointment and a lady at the desk told me that it was actually 30 minutes earlier. It was very frustrating to try and get my dog to and from her appointment. So to get there and be told that with no sympathy, helps the frustration along. She argued with me and asked if I had a chart. I replied with, "I'm not sure, but we've been seen by my other dog." It's like she didn't hear that portion and after many back-and-forths, she exclaimed, "Well why didn't you tell me that?" The attitude that was used with me was uncalled for as a customer. I left with an appointment for September for my second dog and cancelled my lab's appointment to go to another place. After coming in September, I was told that I was deactivated and not allowed to activate again. This place has very poor communication. Not only with their scheduling, but also with pretty big things like "deactivation." Regardless of the reasons for deactivating me, I should've at least been notified. Very poor business and I very much want to dissuade anyone from going here to treat their babies. There are many other doctors and nurses who will love your babies, but not these people. There are cold attitudes and robotic voices that are unneeded in a small town. If maybe one person could read this, maybe it could save someone from being offended or frustrated or treated rudely.

By the following Tuesday she was gone. The entire office staff has changed from long term employees to new young, rude front office staff. There are currently 3 veterinarians - the two owners and a third. Number 3 vet doesn't communicate at all. Doesn't explain things, everything is through the tech or front office. My cat is quite ill and I'm working with a specialty clinic. Getting Waggin Wheel to send them any information is like pulling teeth. I request it, they request it and perhaps finally it is sent. I can't as the pet owner request that necessary tests be performed, it has to come from the speciality vet, then it takes forever. Love Rebecca Bilby, but the constant turnover, quality of the ever changing other vets and rude office staff have me saying good bye as fast as possible.

The staff is very helpful, friendly and professional, they always are responsive and very good at communicating reminders for upcoming appointments. We dropped off our 2 dogs last week with them for boarding as we were heading out of state. Our first time using boarding services with them. Last week the region was having massive amounts of rain. Their covered play areas kept them safe, happy and dry. Plus they give them play time FOUR times a day!! They were also able to keep our 2 girls together so they felt safe with each other and not lonely. We can't say enough good things about them. It's a very nice facility and worth the 40 drive to there each time for good care for our girls.
