They were easy to work with ! They had a coolant tank that is obsolete from ford made out of aluminum instead of plastic ! Worked great !

Since writing that review back in March, we have used these guys services again 10 plus times. I couldn't be happier. The last job they did for us was build some (not gettable) fuel tank straps. I really do not want to leave a bad review being that I also have a small business, but when I say I am beyond frustrated is an understatement. With that being said I figured maybe someone else will not have to deal with the same issue I had, basically I purchased a surge tank for a Ford F650. The build quality on this unit is very good, welds are good etc. But the brackets that attached to the truck they were good but the holes were not even close to lining up. If I wanted to just do a half fast job I could of repaired my existing surge tank with JB weld, but I purchased this unit for $495. You can see from the correspondence below how you will be treated if you have an issue with them. Sometimes there is a little bit of adjustment needed on these surge tanks as they are made from aluminum and not identical to the plastic surge tanks that are being replaced. We did contact some of the past customers that have ordered this surge tank as well and we were told that they fit good with minor tweaks as they are not identical replacements but no issues have been had. I took a radiator for a 41 Plymouth to this facility. The front staff was very polite. The two ladies at worked up front. The gentleman who came up to address the cost was very rude and his last name was Purdy, he is the owner. He proceeded to ask us how much we pay our employees by the hour. And also proceeded to tell us if we didn't like the cost, he could put a hole back in the radiator and it would be free. The repair was done with no guarantee, and if it would fix it or not. Due to the owners, customer service attitude, and how rudely we were spoken to. I would not recommend to take another item back to this place, even if my life depended on it. read more

I had a Peterbuilt Radiator repaired by South Pointe Radiator. They did an amazing job. Very professional

Saved $$$$$. Did repairs right the first time. In one day out the next. Recommend comercial trucks to use them.

I would not recommend anybody to use southpointe radiator. I have use their services twice and have been extremely disappointed both times. They are very rude and immature and will sabotage parts of yours to get more business or to act like children. My boss took an air-conditioning line in to have a new section a rubber hose installed and he was making small talk with them talking about the project that we were just finishing up by installing a new radiator in one of the company semi tractors. They tried to sell us one of their radiators even though we already had a radiator that we had purchased from a competitor he started to argue with my boss telling us that our radiator that we bought was junk and would never last. Because we would not buy a radiator from them he got mad at my boss and intentionally bent and twisted part of the steel air conditioning line while you had it in his possession trying to make it to where we would have to come back and buy a brand-new one from him but he does not realize that I am not an idiot and I am able to fix such a thing and he will never ever get business from us again. read more
