She explained a technique that she uses for "tight hips" to make sure it would be something I would be interested in trying. I was and it felt wonderful!! Emily took her time, and really paid attention to my needs. I hated for the hour to end!!! I booked a 90 minute massage with Emily for next week. The massage room was immaculate, and parking was so easy. I'm excited to have found a place that has reasonable rates, safe environment and an experienced massage therapist.

Holistic Healing Center had a groupon and I called in and the woman offered me one hour for $45 if I haven't bought a groupon yet. I was able to get in within 20 minutes of calling. Samantha had the deep pressure I was looking for, which is good, but what I thought stood out from her was that I asked her to work on this specific area of my back that was tight and she went at it for what felt like half an hour. Most places will focus for a few minutes but move on. That was great! Also, I was surprised but Samantha also did some thai massage work (standing on my back) which I love and wasn't expecting. Afterwards, I met Linda, who I think is either the manager or owner and she told me they have $125 for 3 massages which is obviously a great deal. I also read Linda was really good on yelp, so I told her next time I'll try her. Linda also had the best customer service presentation, and she was probably the one that made me want to return with her smiling personality.

When…read moreClayton first worked on me his techniques reminded me of the massage I had in Zhejiang, China. Well I have been with Clayton now, consistently for 3 months. I have to say the pain makes me cry but the results I see in such a short period is amazing, a---ma---zing. And no that's not a typo, it truly is. I had a mass of tight muscle across the top part of my lower back in which I thought I inherited and considered it as a high "back side" as they say. Well this mass of muscle causes me to look like I have a weird shaped back side, which also brings some pain to my back when I walk and makes me tired. Physically, this area looks normal now, plus it moves; it's not a rock anymore and my back no longer hurts. I use to hate when he would go to this area with a passion but now I say to him, "look now I can feel my back" with a smile. When I was seven years old, I was hit by a car on a side walk (caused by a drunk driver). Both of my legs, pelvic and some ribs were broken. They said I would never walk again. Once I proved them wrong they started physical therapy everyday they would stretch and somewhat massage my legs and body. The pain I would feel was excruciating at times. When Clayton started massaging me it took me back to those days of dealing with my scars and moving my healing body. I remembered how angry I was for missing out on being a "normal child" without scars every were and broken limbs. When the pain would come on from him massaging my legs I would literally cry because first it was painful and second it reminded me of those days when I was younger and what I had to go through. I realized I had never really dealt with the pain of losing out on my child hood in some ways. I was very angry back then and with Clayton massaging me in a quiet, lightly lit room with soft music playing; it caused me to face the pain and anger as I tried to lay still and breath through the agony. Lol I'm still not quite good at laying still fully but I'm getting there, that's how I know it's working because now I can deal with the fact of my body being pressed on and stretched without so much pain. Thanks again Clayton for helping me physically and mentally heal, through (CASIM) Compressing and Stretching Injured Muscles and memories. Can't wait to start up again! Today August 22, 2019 I have been on and off with M2H for 3 years now. I never thought I could ever have my bowlegged walk fixed. I thought because my legs healed that way from being broken in the car accident that is just how it would be for life and never cared to fix them. Well since all of the stretching, massaging, and compressions I see the result of my legs starting to straighten out and the scar on my face starting to flatten (for it formed into a keloid after surgery). It is remarkable how things I never thought about fixing are now being corrected simply from consistent CASIM treatments. I stuck with Clayton for maintenance because I knew being an elementary school STEM teacher was not going to be easy on my body and I wanted to stay as healthy as possible. Well guys that's it for now I have been a very skeptical person for most of my life but using M2H has made me a believer of many things becoming possible. Ciao for now!

I have had three massages during my pregnancy and one of them being an induction massage. They were all phenomenal and each time she made me feel so comfortable, relaxed and taken care of. I highly recommend booking all your prenatal massages up front so you can be sure you can get in throughout your pregnancy. She is one busy lady which speaks volumes of how great she is.
