Her face was covered with a towel, and on the one occasion she managed to look up, the staff member deliberately positioned himself so that her view of her purse was blocked. When the security footage was reviewed, the police discovered that four minutes of the recording were mysteriously missing. I was present at the time and witnessed the entire incident, and to me it was very clear what had happened. The police have already taken the video and will be continuing their investigation. What really confirmed my suspicions was a comment made by one of the staff members when she called the police--he said, "the police can't do anything!" On top of that, he contradicted himself several times, which only made it even clearer what was going on. The staff were horribly rude, shady, and quite intimidating. In addition, I have also heard there is illicit activity taking place at this location, which makes the entire situation even more concerning. STAY CLEAR !!

There is a large parking lot in the back. You first walk in where there is a desk and a sitting area; and the room off to the side is where the massage takes place. The style and décor is a little eclectic to my taste and I don't think its a vibe everyone would love. Though, it is nice in its own way. Of note: she has foot wipes in the room for "flip-flop feet" and I couldn't believe my luck! My feet were so hot and sweaty and I was trying to figure out a way to wash them before the massage because I was so embarrassed. I had come from work and couldn't stop at home. These legit made my day haha! I asked for a deep tissue massage, as I am still currently healing from a shoulder injury. Admittedly, it was one of the most deep tissue massages I ever had, and pretty intense. Probably too intense for me, but I wasn't sure what to expect so I thought that's just how it was. However, I went for my physical therapy appointment after that and my therapist had never seen me so relaxed! In addition, it's been about a month and my physical therapist says my body has never reverted back to its previous state since that massage. In my case it was actually too much of a good thing because my muscles and joints weren't strong enough to be so relaxed, but I didn't know this at the time. Truthfully, I would have to come back for a less intense massage to be able to give a fair assessment because it was fairly painful and because I didn't know that I shouldn't have had that deep of a massage, had pain afterwards, but this wasn't her fault. She actually handled the situation super professionally. Theresa is truly a LOVELY person. You can tell she loves what she does, and took some time after the appointment to talk with me about my injury and some other strategies I could try at home. I really appreciated the extra time she spent with me. Overall, I will be sticking with my regular massage therapist but would keep Theresa in mind for the future.

Not a Relaxing Experience - Felt Unprofessional and Uncomfortable…read more I rarely leave negative reviews--especially as a small business owner, I understand the impact--but this experience was not only extremely disappointing, it was unprofessional and concerning enough that it needs to be shared. I came with my 18-year-old daughter for a 30-minute foot reflexology and 30-minute body massage. From the moment we arrived, customer service was poor and there was a significant language barrier. We were unable to communicate our needs or preferences clearly at any point, which immediately set the tone for a frustrating experience. We were assigned male therapists who applied excessively strong pressure despite multiple attempts to request it be reduced. Those requests were not understood or acknowledged, and the discomfort continued for the entire session. More seriously, there were moments during the massage where the level of physical proximity and contact crossed a professional boundary and made both my daughter and I deeply uncomfortable. It felt inappropriate and completely unacceptable in a professional massage setting, and it left us feeling uneasy rather than relaxed. After the 60 minutes, I attempted to speak with the manager privately, but due to the language barrier, there was no meaningful resolution or understanding of the concerns I was trying to raise. The overall experience was not relaxing-in fact, quite the opposite. My daughter was so upset that she left in tears, and I experienced soreness for then next two days In the past, I have received numerous massages both in the U.S. and internationally, and it is typically more common to see more female masseuses than males in most practices. I was surprised that at the time of our visit, only male therapists were available. I am sharing this so others understand how deeply violated, frustrated, and upset we felt during this experience.

This same therapist was also working part-time as a bartender, and going to nursing school to become an in-home nurse. I was informed by the owner of the practice that she was not requiring any of the staff to be immunized. Since both I and my partner are immunocompromised, our medical teams advised us both that it was not safe for us to go back to this practice, so we did not. Unfortunately, there was no other in-network massage therapy practice that was accredited with my insurance company (Commonwealth Care Alliance) at that time, so we have gone for almost a year without these services. I needed an office that was both vaccinated and handicapped accessible. However, I am pleased to announce that there is now an additional accredited massage therapy facility in Stoughton that accepts Commonwealth Care Alliance! We have our first appointment with them set up for this week, and I will review them after a few visits. :) If you are concerned about vaccination status of your medical providers, you need a handicapped accessible office, and you are a CCA member, you now have another option!
