Week 3 into the mortgage process our loan officer Dmitry Kievsky became the most in ept person to ever deal with..They asked for the same paperwork 6 times..and not just one document every document had to be resent 5,6,7 times...I actually started sending the emails with timestamps of the previous email.. They were suppose to request wage transcripts from the IRS well a week before closing they asked us to pull the IRS wage transcript because they dropped the ball and wouldn't have them in time for closing. Dimitrys ability to act like a decent human being is non existent when you start questioning his ability to keep his word and get things done. Others on his team instructed us to stop dealing with him as he has no idea what he is doing. Advice given to us a little to late in the game.
