We did just that and unfortunately (last minute) had to bring our two young children to the meeting when we went to file our taxes. He seemed un-phased by this which was great for us. We sat down for a minimal period of time and the business was completed right then and there. He had everything complete in about 30-45 minutes and all we needed was to sign on the dotted lines. Two weeks later, our refund was direct deposited into our account and we couldn't have been more satisfied with Mr. Carpenter's professionalism, speed, and trustworthiness. A week later, I advised my elderly mother to go to him with her paperwork as he offered to look it over for her.
