I became a new customer in January of 2023 to support more local business in my town. The last few weeks have been challenging for the company with major mechanical issues for the trucks. Add on top of it the weather and it has been a recipe for delays and trash pile ups. I was understanding of it and simply wanted to have updates on when I should be putting my trash out. What the owner may not understand is that I spent two separate days picking up trash and recycling all over my yard because I put the garbage out to the curb and it blew all over in the wind and rain. Then I called to let them know that I was going to move the cans near the garage close to house to try and avoid the trash from blowing everywhere. This week routes again were delayed and it had been terrible wind and below zero temps. I have been polite in my requests and called/emailed yesterday evening without a response. Again, I called this morning simply to ask if I should put the cans out to the curb because I wasn't sure with the delays if they had made it to my. No answer. Then I got a phone call back-apparently the owner of the company screaming and berating me for calling 6 times a day (not true). He yelled, ITS TOO EARLY FOR THIS. WE DONT NEED NEW CUSTOMERS LIKE YOU! I WAS QUIET BEFORE BUT NOW YOURE MAKING ME ANGRY. He was on speaker and the entire conversation was witnessed and recorded because I have WiFi devices that pick up and record sound/activity (I do have this conversation on audio record). I have NEVER in my life been treated this way by someone that I am paying for a service. It is very upsetting to me that this happened. If this conversation had taken place in person, I would have been fearful for my safety. I asked him his name...I AM THE OWNER PF THE COMPANY. He ended his tirade with "KEEP YOUR TRASH CANS IM TAKING YOU OFF THE LIST AND REFUNDING YOUR MONEY". And he hung up on me. I would caution anyone to use a company like Graziano who manages their business by verbally assaulting their paying customers. Again, I would have felt unsafe if this tirade had happened in person.

My last contact which was with the owner Tony Graziano he was belligerent, calling me a liar when I told him I put my trash out the night before for the pickup. He said it wasn't there because he came by my house himself. Graziano owed me a refund for the months not used which he promised me but that didn't happen!

Increasing pricing. Confusing communications. This is trash pickup. We aren't splitting the atom here. Drag barrels to the street, pick barrels up. How do you find a way to mess that up. They do and it's sad. And they do it with poor attitude in customer service along with increasing prices. It's sad. The Graham team used to go above and beyond. They truly cared. Once on a snow day they WALKED into our neighborhood to get our barrels because it was snowed in. Now, they barely slow down the truck. Sad to see a local business fail its customers.

If you truly care about making sure that your recycling is RECYCLED and not merely picked up just…read moreto get it out of your way, then beware of these people, Many of us around town have been watching these trucks for the last few YEARS, Not weeks or months, But YEARS, Repeatedly going along the route and emptying both the trash and the sorted recycling into the same truck, Not just a one-off barrel at one house that could have been an accident, but one house after another, all the way down the line !, We didn't get around to reporting them until about 2 years ago, at which time we were told "Oh this is only temporary, its because the recycling MRF Facilities are closed due to the pandemic and China and other commodity buyers have shut off the facilities until further notice, However, TWO THINGS, First off, this was going on long before the pandemic existed, we just hadn't reported it to them until that point, so that was the convenient excuse, And the pandemic is long gone and just about over at this point, and we still see them doing this on a regular basis, We have purposely trailed behind these trucks through Hull and taken videos of the employees and forwarded the footage to RECYCLESMARTMA, and the State DPW board who were supposed to be contacting them via warning notices

Damon is amazing! I have to start this review off with how accommodating and patient Damon was with…read morethe whole process. The building management gave us the run around for about 2 1/2 weeks. It was the most painful process ever but Damon was there every step of the way to try and meet the "approved" requirements. Now, in the end, we didn't end up working together on removing our company furniture. the building management kept stringing us along and the process was never completed. Be prepared to hunt their inventory for really good bargains. If you know what you are looking for and understand technology, these guys are the best. They turn over a lot of good used stuff and reasonably price their stock to move it. I've been buying here for over five years and will continue to keep them on my eBay Favorites list. I suggest calling them before making a visit to their location. What they have available is hit and miss based on the recycling stock that they receive and ship out.
