After a few times I said you asked me to tell you and I will give you the information. Well, I was interrupted an additional 2 times. When I asked if he could stop interrupting me and let me finish a sentence, he hung up! I found the brief interaction unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. Since this was a first time impression and opening communication, I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I could not imagine trusting this company representative with my home. I would give "0" stars if it were an option!

They had a conflict with my original appointment time and asked me to move my appointment earlier so they can make sure they are on time for their next client which I did not mind at all. I appreciated the honesty and the good communication. The gentleman cleaning the carpets came earlier than we were scheduled for. He went through all the options I had to clean for a new empty home. I had two very small closets inside the bedrooms which he helped me clean as well and I was so appreciative of it. They were so professional, quick and did not need me to assist them with anything. He gave me tips of what to do after he leaves, warned me about walking on the carpet and hardwood floor after may be slippery etc. The one guy that cleaned my home (2 bedrooms with closets, hall way, and stairs) finished within half an hour. My new home smelled so nice after they cleaned it. I was very happy I went with Bechwith Pro Clean. Customer service is always important to me and this company was very good with their service. I highly highly recommend them.

I had a 12 - 2 hour time frame and he got here at 5:20pm. Michael did a good job on my carpet but they were left very wet. Took almost 24 hours to dry and I had fans on the carpet. I had him clean my ottoman because I spilled some water on it and it left a water stain. He did tell me that it might not come up. That water stain came up but he left other water stains and black marks all over my ottoman. When I texted him about the black spots shortly after he left he responded w a rude defensive answer telling me that he didn't leave the black marks and told me it was a stained ottoman to start with. I told him it was not a stained ottoman. Since then no one will respond to my texts or messages. Horrible customer service and expect a late arrival as others have mentioned. If someone just got back to me and fixed my ottoman this review would not be here.
