That water stain came up but he left other water stains and black marks all over my ottoman. When I texted him about the black spots shortly after he left he responded w a rude defensive answer telling me that he didn't leave the black marks and told me it was a stained ottoman to start with. I told him it was not a stained ottoman. Since then no one will respond to my texts or messages. Horrible customer service and expect a late arrival as others have mentioned. Alex was the lead very straight forward and upfront he showed me with his scanner where the water was his assistant was running another machine along the walks where he found no water damage to the walls. A little over an hour they finished sucking what water they could get from the carpet they set up humidifiers and fans to run for the next few days.
