I previously owned a pair, liked them, so…read moredecided to buy another, and found an amazing deal through Money Ruins Everything. $40 for a pair of shoes most places were still asking $100 for. I normally wear a size 10.5, but the $40 pair were a size 10, so I figured I could still wear them. When they arrived, I noticed the box said "Size 9". I opened the box and checked one shoe, and it was a size 10 shoe. I didn't want to wear them yet, because my other pair was still good. So away the shoes went into a closet for over 2 months. The day finally came that I decided to wear the shoes on a trip out of town. This is when I noticed the other shoe was in fact a size 9 shoe. It was well past the time the time they allow returns, but figured I'd email. The response was immediate! Todd found the other missing size 10 back at the store. They swiftly shipped it out to me free of charge. I asked how I could get the size 9 back to them so they could at least sell that pair. They weren't worried about it and said to keep it. I'll probably end up buying a display case for it because I like the shoe so much. MRE even threw a bunch of cool stickers into the box for me. Thanks for everything again. Solid service!
