I normally wear a size 10.5, but the $40 pair were a size 10, so I figured I could still wear them. When they arrived, I noticed the box said "Size 9". I opened the box and checked one shoe, and it was a size 10 shoe. I didn't want to wear them yet, because my other pair was still good. So away the shoes went into a closet for over 2 months. The day finally came that I decided to wear the shoes on a trip out of town. This is when I noticed the other shoe was in fact a size 9 shoe. It was well past the time the time they allow returns, but figured I'd email. The response was immediate! Todd found the other missing size 10 back at the store. They swiftly shipped it out to me free of charge. I asked how I could get the size 9 back to them so they could at least sell that pair. They weren't worried about it and said to keep it. I'll probably end up buying a display case for it because I like the shoe so much. MRE even threw a bunch of cool stickers into the box for me. Thanks for everything again. Solid service!

Parking and entry were super easy, the bar was small but had all the cold beer & spiked hot chocolate we wanted. Concessions were quick and great (we had hot pretzels & cheese, a lot of people were ordering pizza). The staff, the "regulars," ALL the people were super friendly. It was such a chill, welcoming place. I didn't know what temperature to expect, I was fine in two layers but next time I'll bring gloves & beer koozies. The only snag was it was really hard to find our seats, there are no ushers and not much signage. But once you figure it out you don't need signs. Overall we had an awesome time, the ice center is a fantastic spot to watch hockey, and we can't wait to come back!

I wanted one type of shoe but he said they didn't have it. I tried a different one and while he was out 5 minutes going to get them, another more capable kid pointed out that they had exactly what I was looking for. They didn't work so I selected another shoe. The guy disappeared and never came back! What a worthless department. I have never had a good customer service experience there so not going to waste their time anymore. When Amazon can beat an in store experience you know they have a problem.

The cashier and the sales lady at one point were both lingering around my family and I and migrated along us. The sales lady kept checking in on us we weren't even there for 15 minutes. Tried to look but felt monitored and surveilled the whole time. We were kind and respectful we explained what we needed and why we were there. It's 2026 Hispanics can and do afford outdoor gear. I worked in retail, sales, had my own business with clients, I understand customer service and this was not it.
