There were children skating recklessly with no staff paying attention or enforcing any safety rules. It created a chaotic environment, and it honestly didn't feel safe for anyone trying to enjoy the rink. The customer service was also extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed annoyed and uninterested in helping. A few of them were downright rude, acting like answering simple questions or providing basic assistance was too much to ask. It really set a negative tone for the whole visit. The quality of the rink itself didn't help either. The ice was very uneven, full of rough spots and grooves that made it hard to skate smoothly. It felt like it hadn't been properly resurfaced in a long time. For a place that charges admission, I expected way better maintenance. Overall, the rink has potential, but it seriously needs improvements in safety, customer service, and ice quality. Until changes are made, I wouldn't recommend it and probably won't be returning anytime soon.

At least that's what I thought, oh No Academy hit me with a $18.80 finance charge and trying to say I paid after the due date. I told them to look again because I paid it at the beginning of the month. Then they were oh well that's their annual finance charge that they charge you. On what my card is paid off, well I won't be using that card ever again and I'll be going else where to buy all of my guns and ammo, like Atwoods!
