It's sad to see how awful some companies can be to Veterans but to have a mortgage company not report a realtor who aren't doing their jobs and stopping all forward motion in any transaction, is really strange. After buying two homes, one in Georgia and one in Washington State, I am looking for a lender who isn't abusive, blind or skirting laws. Our realtor Jessica was getting frustrated with that the loan officer was unresponsive and didn't care much to help us. Thankfully our realtor suggested Tim and his company West Coast Veterans. Tim Barlow is by far the best Veteran centered loan officer in the area. We tried going through 2 other loan companies but were unsuccessful and even Navy Federal told us the fastest they could do was a 60 day closing, but Tim had ours done in 3 weeks. He is aggressive with getting his clients the best rates on the market and even got a buy down for our interest. A matter of fact, our interest rate was so low that the title/escrow company was shocked and said it was the lowest they have seen in a long time. Tim truly appreciated my military service, and the military service of every single one of his clients. He worked hard and fast to get me and my family and to the home of our dreams. I truly swear by this company and you will too if you go through West Coast Veterans.
