We appreciated the pre appointment paperwork was sent to us electronically prior which streamlined the check in process in the comfort of our own home. The decor, lighting, and seating in the office, along with the complimentary coffee, tea, and cold water were lovely and very welcoming. My husband is mobility challenged, and the doorways were wide enough to accommodate. There was a little children's table with books to help entertain the little tykes. We were thoroughly impressed with all of the staff members who took their time explaining everything. They have a "comfort menu" listing several spa like amenities that are free to choose from in order to make your dental visit as enjoyable as possible. I chose the warm, moist neck, wrap, the heat and massage on the dental chair, the aromatherapy with lavender, and the paraffin wax hand treatment, which were all special touches. For United States veterans, we were told that they do work with the VA in getting community care referrals. They also offer $50 referral bonuses. And lastly, I would like to say that they do have a large handicap accessible restroom, which was large enough for my husband's wheelchair. Thank you tranquility dental wellness. I have had anxiety with dental visits since I had an adverse reaction as a young child. The dentist/ owner…read morewho I saw for the first time last friday recommended i have 2 fillings redone so i scheduled for monday. All the staff there are so kind but i have never felt like such an afterthought like yesterday. The dental assistant put the numbing gel on my gums and not even a minute later Dr. C walks in and gave me the numbing injections before the gel even kicked in. It was terribly painful and i felt gaslit the whole time with him making comments like "oh that means i got the right place." Ive had a lot of dental work done and have always been told whats happening during the process. That did not happen, the whole time he was just talking to his assistant about sports, his kids baseball team, ebikes, the tour de france and golf. It felt like i was the least important thing in the room. After the first he moved onto the 2nd and I felt the drilling and after the 2nd time i felt it and shooting pain down my leg he gave me another numbing shot, which I did feel pain during too. If i was numb i shouldn't have felt the shot. After a few he came back in and continued drilling and i still felt some shooting pain in my tooth. He blamed my "anatomy" and asked what i wanted to do. I asked how close we were to done and he said almost so i told him to continue and to finish the job while i was white knuckled the whole time. After the torture, i mean procedure was finished i paid for the service (which of course was more than what i was quoted on friday) and left. I talked to my husband when i got home and told him what happened and how the friday before they tried to collect a co pay from me for a routine cleaning. He said they charge him EVERY time he goes in for a cleaning, WHAT? Our insurance pays for 2 cleanings a year and i had never been charged. Shady billing procedures and the care factor is non existent. Today i am sore, sensitive, and honestly pretty upset. We will not be back.

Dr Guzha is very friendly and he is very busy but you can tell he cares about his patients. This week I had my final two wisdom teeth removed! I got so much advice from others to be put to sleep! Meh! I am glad I went to Dr Guzha! He removes wisdom fast! I was so amazed. I did have a stubborn bottom one but he got it! And if I can rate this experience it is a big 10! The first visit impressed me but this week was even better. Listen going to dentist used to put me in panic mode. But Xtracare Dental lessens any anxiety that I had coming in. I brought my favorite blanket and the doctor and his assistant made me very comfortable during procedure. I felt no pain and normal pressure. I bought music to listen to . Directions were explained clearly and I had written directions in case that I forget. Medications were sent to pharmacy very fast. I am still amazed how fast this doctor extracts wisdom teeth! The second I walked into their office, I was greeted by the sweetest lady at the front desk, Karen. She greeted me with a compliment and the warmest smile. She was answering customer calls & coworker questions, but still made sure that I was taken care of. The team was spectacular as well! I don't know what she did and cost it $2000 because my insurance wouldn't pay for that recommendation. Well the money is gone and it's all out. I have no more ... I've been in there at least once a month for the last year. That's how many issues I've had. With all the x-rays they're taken and all the times they've looked into my mouth nothing should be missed. So far I've had two root canals or more I've lost count. Last week, one failed root canal, He couldn't finish it. I've also had 1 extraction and 10 fillings. According to them, I still need another root canal and an extraction. And mind you I don't have that many teeth left. I have a few teeth in the front on my top and bottom. I can't tell you how many times I've been in pain. I go for root canal and the next thing you know something else pops up. When I point out why didn't you see this before? Call me just gives me a blank look . I shouldn't be paying for this if you missed it "Why don't you see this when I'm in here, They showed me a picture of a tooth that they were doing the root canal on last year that you could see with the naked eye that it was starting to get decay. Why didn't they take care of it then? He has no answes and they just look at me like I'm stupid. I actually had to take a loan out to pay some surprise charge that my f****** insurance should have covered. I have two insurances. I want to know why my insurance was completely billed out last year... both insurances. What kind of charges are you sending out to my insurances. I want a complet accounting of what's going on and I'm going to call both of them to find out what the hell's going on. It's happening again this year. It's only February and they're not paying for all these issues that I have. I shouldn't be paying for a failed root canal. And he did a filling that was it and I get a bill for $277. I'm not paying it. I'll be calling my insurance . Something is wrong. I go in last Friday for a root canal. It's the most pain I've ever been in my life. By the way, the shots hurt, the whole process hurt. They're not even trying to be gentle in any way , it was horrible. I thought I was going to die Or have a heart attack. This isn't the first time I've been in pain. I've had other root canals. Hurt like hell!!! Then they have one of their assistants put in nine fillings. The first four she did. I thought I was going to die. That's how much it hurt. I told them I can't do nine at one time so they did four or five but that was too much . They had my mouth open so long. My jaw was collapsing. And they keep hiring assistants. I don't think I see the same person twice So there's a problem here. I want my money back for all the missed issues that they haven't seen that have caused me extreme pain. I don't want to be in extreme pain. I pay you as a professional to make sure all of that is seen and taken care of and it doesn't turn into one emergency after another. Plus I have gum disease. My gums are raw. They have no answers for that. Brush my teeth harder. You got to be kidding. That hurts. Why would you tell me to brush my gums till they bleed? I could go on and on. It's incredible, now I have a half finished root canal and he wants me to go to an endodontist, which is going to cost thousands. You didn't finish the root canal. You need to pay for this. There is no way I'm responsible for the dentist to not able to finish a root canal. That is absolutely unconscionable with all the x-rays you've did. I've had so many x-rays. I'm going to get cancer... How can you not see anything with all of those x-rays you've taken and all of these high-tech impressions of my mouth??? They don't care if you don't have any money. They just gloss over when when you're telling them stuff. However, they're billing my insurance too much and I want the money back and I want them to finish their work or pay for the endodontist that all of a sudden I need. With all the x-rays and impressions you take in my mouth, you should have known that canal was too thin or whatever the hell you said and You should have never started it in the first place. The tooth didn't even hurt me and now it does. Do you care??? You're paying for the endodontist if you can't finish it?. Not me. In addition, I'm going to have both my insurances account everything that you've done and what you're billing them for. I want a refund.
