Once we settled on a system it was only about a week before the installer, Leo, and a helper (Sorry that I forgot his name) were here to remove our old unit and install the new one. That only took about a day and a half. When they left, we had heat, but needed an electrician to come run a new wire so that everything would work. The guys from Crescent Electric came out and got that all taken care of. Once that was done, Fernando came out to get the system dialed in and up and running. Everyone that we dealt with through this process was as friendly and professional as they could be. The install looks really neat and clean. They answered all of our questions and gave thorough explanations on how to work the system and thermostat. We couldn't be happier with the service and the product that we got from Frank's. On a side note..........it sure was nice to have that air conditioner when we had that Crescent City heat wave a few days ago!

They first could only evaluate one thing at a time, wanted to charge multiple trips, didn't call…read moreback for a couple days, couldn't schedule us for a week, didn't have the part they decided we needed, couldn't give a estimate because the person who does bids was not there. They finally gave us over a $1000 estimate for a part and labor and TRIP. We checked elsewhere. The parts were working fine, did NOT NEED replaced, but there was a NEST in the outside unit!! They removed the nest, replaced a coupler in the OTHER fireplace and charged $150!!! These guys are either unskilled or just want to gouge us!! $1000!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR $$ with these people!!! Horrible!
